However, the volume is way too low and the scrollbar feature it too thin in my preferred browser. It makes video streaming difficult and it's really easy to lose "hold" of the scroll bar. Everything else is fine.

Good, Basic System with Windows 11

If you just needs Word, Excel, and browsing, it works very well. Note that it does only a single processor. So during some CPU intensive tasks, it might be laggy. But this doesn't happen too often. If you do CPU intensive tasks (gaming, etc), you might want to look for a more powerful system. But for the basics, this is fine.
