It was bought brand new and the first time I opened it out of the box was past the 30 day warranty period to find out that the touch pad portion sticks and doesnt work as it should. Its touchscreen, so I deal with it but it doesnt change the fact that it was broken even being new.

Laptop touch screen doesn’t work properly, I had to disable feature. I’ve only owned the laptop for 2 months.

It's OK if you don't have a lot of work to do. No backlight keyboard. Keyboard is at awkward angle. Super sensitive mouse pad. Battery life reminds me of "Return of the living dead".

On paper this would have been a good computer for me. But the cursor/pointer disappears about 15 times per hour. I’ve updated the drivers and tried other actions recommended on the Microsoft webpages and none have worked. The only option that works is a restart.

Gray tones on keyboard are harder to see. Color choices for screen also harder for those of us with less than perfect vision

It doesnt come with a backlit light on the keypad. Just not its best of HP laptops in the past.

It’s a decent laptop with a touch screen for a couple hundred bucks.

great price yet it was an open box (good) with a non functioning touchscreen and touch pad. smh. seems best buy did not test the touch screen nor the touch pad yet marked it as 'good' yet it was not. over all great deal have to use a wireless mouse to use the notebook. good specs for low end notebook

Not what I expected it to be as the battery drained very fast

This laptop does not hold a charge for more than 4 hours but it does get the job done, I should have considered another model

After six months my screen went black and it is not working, I will have to take it back.

I bought this laptop for my wife, I could not get the laptop to connect to the wifi, went back to the store and was told to talk to the Geek squad, the guy was like I can take a look at it but it is going to cost a certain amount. Instead of offering to replace the laptop they wanted to charge me to look at it, Very poor customer experience

Ok product. I didnt realize the laptop was so large.

After 2 weeks it started to freezes like crazy & have trouble connecting to any WiFi available making it impossible to use especially for class.

Poor color display; even after trying all adjustments.

I know this was a low cost laptop, but didn’t expect it to be constructed of such cheap thin plastic. I’m sure it worked fine as far as the computer hardware goes, but couldn’t get past the case build and returned it.

I believe I was mislead in my purchase of this laptop. After describing the uses for which I was purchasing this product, I was assured by the sales associate, that this would suffice for all my needs. I was assured that the processor was such that the speed would be acceptable. None of this was true. I am very disappointed.

I bought a 85" Samsung tv. Never got the gift card

The picture quality and the sound quality is really bad. After I bought it I went to Best Buy and saw it displayed next to some other laptops and it was like night and day. I took it back after a week and got a Lenovo for $100 more. Best move I've made in awhile.

laptop is fine, still getting use to it. that's all I have say
