I purchased this computer for my husband. The bundle price was is what attracted us most to the computer. We really like that it had touch screen and that the specs where pretty decent for this starter computer. However, the screen is always dim. If its one thing I hate its a dim screened computer. And yes, we have tried to adjust the back-lighting but nothing works will be returning.

So far no issues with computer. is pretty quick when searching internet and everything else I use it for. touch screen is nice and comes in handy sometimes. overall great computer for everyday general use.

A solid laptop w/ nothing really to excite. I don't use the touchscreen since this unit is not meant to turn into a tablet. It runs Microsoft Office 2016 Professional Edition (purchased separately) just fine. It surfs the internet with ease. Screen video is good. I'm not gaming or doing Photoshop CS6, so the RAM is just right. The weak points are the keyboard and track pad. Both could be more responsive to light touch Also I miss not having a backlit keyboard but I knew that when I purchased the laptop. It's a trade-off for price which was reduced to $199.99 from something like $499.99. But the MSRP/original price can be a misleading price since it is used only for reference. What was a surprise is the laptop DOES NOT have Bluetooth capability. So much for using a wireless keyboard or mouse. Also, this was last year's model (2016) from what I could find on the internet. From a value standpoint? I was looking for an open box deal. What I got was a "new in box" unit. So I'm good.

We purchased this computer to use at home with our kids for basic games and surfing the net. We love the touch screen feature, as well as how easy it is to set up. We have had no issues with the computer since buying and would purchase a second one if we could especially at the price we bought this one at!

This laptop was affordable and contains the modern Windows 10 and a DVD/CD drive. Has a beautifu touch screen , too. Build is not exactly luxury, but overall a great tool for students!

Bought this for my wife, its smaller in size but not too small. its just perfect for what she wanted it for. great pricing aswell.

got this for my wife to do school on at home and it works just fine for what she needs it to do. hasnt given her any problems she likes it fine and its getting the job done. the only thing i can say from the short time i checked it out is that the screen is not the best looking. it works just fine. just dont expect a high quality picture.

Decent laptop for the price. Purchased for my Aunt who primarily uses it as a word processor and CD player. It is n noticeably slower than my laptop but I still think it’s a good deal if don’t need much speed or heavy processing power.

My fiancé and I were looking for a good laptop to have at the house, as we haven't bought one since college. I am very happy with the purchase, and our sales guy made it so much easier to make the decision. I am not a super tech kind of person, but when he listened to what I wanted to do with it he put me right in front of the laptop I have!

I got this computer as part of a package deal. It does okay, but is not quite what I would have expected from HP. Of course, for the money, I think it will serve me just fine. I've had it for a while now and seems to be performing as needed. I'm anxious to see how long it lasts.

I really like the laptop especially the touchscreen. The speakers are horrible so if you like to listen to music or videos without an external speaker you will be disappointed. I use an external speaker sounds good. I have not had any problems with freezing or glitches.

Laptop is great for a student in college. the touch screen is great.

Every time i turned it on it would have an update every 20mins. It was very slow and never connected with my wifi and when it did it would only stay connected for a short time.

This computer has met our need, which include mostly internet use. It does freeze up on occasion, but other than that no problems and love the touch screen!

This is very good product for the price I paid. Very decent configuration and good fit for someone to use for their everyday use.

If you need a basic laptop for studying. This package is right for you. This package is reasonable priced and has a year of Microsoft productive package.
