For the price it's doing the job over and above my expectations.

This is a decent laptop at a good price. Honestly it feels kind of flimsy and cheap. But now I days everything is made out of this cheap plastic. Even thousand dollar 4K TVs

Computer is solid. Loads up quickly from off to on, functions proficiently with multiple processes. Windows 10 takes some getting used to but overall, a good computer for a low cost.

Has all the features we were looking for at a reasonable price.

Computer is fast and has lots of memory. Power cord doesn't go into the computer all the way, so discontinues charging every few minutes. Have to keep adjusting it to get it to charge. Had bought the Best Buy warranty plan so called Geek Squad who ordered a replacement cord. But after waiting more than 2 weeks, the 3-prong wall cord was delivered today. Unfortunately, that isn't the broken part. The adapter with the end that goes into the computer still hasn't arrived. They assure me "it is on its way," and was just shipped in two parts, but I don't have a lot of faith. May try going directly to HP service since it is still under their warranty.

needed a computer that had everything my daughter needed to do her school work on line and that i could afford. This HP was a amazing price and had everything she needed. i almost went back and bought another for myself

This is what I get for trying to save money. I guess there’s something to be said for actually spending money on a decent laptop. I won’t go cheap again. This laptop takes forever to boot up. The screen quality is sub-par and the camera is even worse. It’s embarrassing on Zoom calls. The laptop itself “feels” cheap - the lightweight plastic is junky. It’s not worth the savings.

I gave 4/5 stars because I’m comparing this to computers I’ve owned in the past that were much more expensive more advanced. This is not an advanced user computer but it works very well for what I needed it for- paying bills, online shopping and web surfing and Microsoft Home Office programs. I have two fairly minor complaints about this machine- 1) the keys seem to be a bit closer together than normal and 2) the mousepad is overly sensitive and I keep finding the heel of my hand just touches it and my Word Document changed. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this machine and I recommend it to anyone needing an inexpensive basic computer.

Screen proved to be a bit small for an elder family member, but after connecting a larger monitor the viewing is acceptable. Speed and accessibility of new laptop is wonderful.

This is the first laptop we've had. Really like the convenience with the product. Sure beats a desktop. Plan on taking it with us when we travel. My favorite feature is the touch screen. Have the best of both worlds.

This laptop is very easy to use. The functions are easy to operate, and the system works very smoothly. I would recommend it for anyone looking to just have fun, or for work.

We bought this for an extra computer and for when I start graduate school. At this point we have no complaints. It charges quickly. It’s relatively light and it works very well.

I purchased this for my wife to replace an old touchscreen laptop. It has worked great to date. Windows 10 for use with internet, email and MS Office does everything she needs.

I love how this computer takes care of all my work needs.

Bought two of these to give to the kids, they like them. I also picked up the BB 1yr warranty for $80 as I'm sure at least one of them will be dropped or sat on in that time.

I am still getting use to windows 10. Love the touchscreen. Not real fast, is fine for me. Only con is the woven texture pattern. Have to keep cleaning the fingerprints off.
