It is a good computer for my daughter. It has best quality for usage for her gaming. The price was right.

My daughter's motherboard on her old computer went bad so we had to buy a new laptop quick. This computer has exceeded all of her needs. She loves the touch screen. It has a ton of storage for under $500. Most laptops 1TB and 8GB are over $500 easily. Would definitely buy this Laptop again.

He is so happy! Has everything he needs to do his homework on & e-mail to his teacher. Plus gaming capabilities! Touch screen ability. It didn’t break the Grandma bank by getting it on sale either!

I spent a good hour between reviewing laptops online and staring at them in the store. I had found this one as kind of the middle of the road laptop (not entry level and not gamer status) and was even on sale, but online said my store was out of stock. A knowledgeable associate was able to help shop comparable ones and then brought up there was actually inventory of these. Very happy with the speed and feature of the laptop!

Being able to get an HP Touchscreen laptop for the price we paid was exceptional. The computer has plenty of storage and is much quicker than the Asus I had previously.

I got this computer for an everyday laptop. I use it for basic internet surfing, when I work at home, and watching DVD's and Netflix. It is lightweight and durable. The touchscreen is very responsive and the picture quality is excellent.

Laptop is very easy to use and navigate. Love the touch screen. Also has plenty of memory for pictures and music! Very light in weiggt as well.

I got a this laptop because my old one was taking forever to boot up, only to find out this one takes as long or longer then my old laptop. I've had it 11 days and used it 4 times and already having connectivity issues. Definitely having some buyers remorse.

Have had it for a couple of months now. Needed something with more memory and ram, plus something faster. I definitely got all I wanted/needed for way less than I expected.

The computer has been wonderful so far! It’s fast, the touch screen is awesome! I use this for school to type papers, do online school work, and research. Definitely recommend for a college students use.

Purchased this computer for my 15 year old. Was a great purchase for us. It’s light weight and he loves the touchscreen. Speed and storage is very adequate.

Received this as a gift. Great laptop compact and lightweight. Very sleek design. Set up was a bit cumbersome but after that it’s been great and fast

The specs are nice for the given price and if you are patient then you can probably find a sale for this product somewhere online. I particularly love the touch-screen feature because it allows me to express my creative side easier, without needing a ton of extra software. The processor is very fast and can handle a lot of things at once. However, I also would recommend this for a casual user simply because the processor is so great and there is a TON of space. Definitely, consider this to be a great buy.

*DISCLAIMER* I use this computer solely as a server for Plex. I do not use it as a personal computer. I bought this when I decided to digitize my DVDs to use specifically for that. It had a decent size hard drive and a cooling system. PROS: * A good size hard drive to start. * It has been on for literally a year and never once felt warm. A great built-in cooling system apparently. * I wasn't originally thrilled about a touch screen, but it's turned out to be pretty cool. Very "handy." * It's dead quiet. I have never heard a single sound from this computer that would cause concern or be annoying. CONS * Windows 10 is a PITA. * It updates on its own and shuts down periodically after. That's not good when you want to access your movies away from home. * Comes with a TON of pre-installed crap, half of which you can't uninstall like X-Box, Groove Music, Cortanna, Maps, Mixed Reality, People, and Photos. While some may want those apps, I could really use the disc space. I think people should be able to decide what programs are on their personal computers.

I bought this laptop for my wife almost 3 years ago. It does your typical laptop jobs. The 8GB memory is enough for what we need it to do. The hard drive is huge and has a ton of pictures on it. This laptop has now been passed down to our kid to do online school. It's still working great. The battery still holds a charge for a full day of schooling. The touchscreen works great. Very pleased with this machine.

I didn't think I would ever use a touch screen on a laptop. I was wrong. I use Transcribe software in my guitar practice sessions. It is much faster and easier to set up loops and control the software with a touch screen than it is to use the touch pad while handling my guitar. The laptop itself is fast and has plenty of storage for my practice videos and my photography hobby. The offset keyboard because of the number pad took a little getting used to but no big deal.

Not disappointed in this computer- easy to use. I have a Mac and I was looking for a starter computer for a family member this was a great price point and perfect for us.

It's pretty fast and the touch screen feature is nice. It's probably the most affordable PC I have found with 8 gigs of RAM and touch screen. I removed one of the stars because the laptop itself seems feels like cheaply-made material and it worries me that it won't be as durable as the more expensive laptops but it's definitely worth the price paid. If this goes on sale again I definitely buy another.
