I love everything about it except the letters on keyboard are very light.

My daughter got it for Xmas as an upgrade for her school work she is absolutely in love w it n the price was excellent her only complaint was she would like the keys darker

I needed this just for school assignments and i’m very happy with this purchase. The memory is whatever but I didn’t need anything too crazy for what i’m using it for.

It’s a good product for the price range. It takes its time loading and the camera quality could be clearer. Yet for under $400 this was worth the buy.

Honestly I wanted to love it, especially since it was an upgrade to the one that was stollen from me. I should’ve read the software features before buying. I used this for work and mainly use Google drive which was inaccessible from the Files folder. I saw a good deal and it was touch screen. The touchpad was extremely sensitive and my laptop had a counterfeit battery and the battery life SUCKED! I bought this “new” no where said it was used or refurbished. So not only did I have to return this and I had to buy a different laptop with less features at a higher price.

Ok computer. Nice and sleek would have given it more stars but their customer service sucks. My daughter dropped the computer on day 42 and HP told me that I’ll have to pay 350 dollars to have is fixed. Why the computer was only 321 with tax.

I am so happy with this laptop. The large screen makes it easy for me to write and update websites, and social media. I love having the option of a touchscreen. It's lightweight and a quality product. It's also fast. So far. I've been able to use it for eight hours with plenty of juice for more. The setup was easy. Fits neatly almost anywhere. A great product.

I had this laptop for a whopping three weeks before the screen completely broke. i'm talking LCD shatter when there was absolutely no feasible way it could have happened as the laptop never even left my bedroom and had been sitting on the top of a shelf in my closet completely on its own. geek squad repairs said the parts to fix it would cost more than the laptop itself so they gave me a refund but this will be the last time i buy an HP laptop.
