Bought these Laptops for my kids who are in 6th and 7th grade. They are okay cpu with adequate speed and storage. They are touch screen and the display is okay for them. Personally, in my opinion, the display is dull and should be upgraded to 1080 p.

I had to return the first one that I bought for Christmas. Didn't get much use out of it because it stopped charging but the time we did spend on it was pretty good

This HP laptop is good for the price. My problem with it is the keyboard. It just feels cheap and the letters on the keys are a similar shade of silver making them difficult to see, even with good lighting. I can type without looking for most keys, but when I do need to look for a special character, or the like, I find it difficult. The keyboard is not backlit either. That alone wouldn’t be a deal breaker, but together with the cheap feel and hard to see characters, I need a different model. I purchased it online without checking it out in person first.

Fast to Boot. Light Weight. Nice Display. Came packaged well. Ordered to replace an 11-year-old HP laptop that the battery died. This laptop is much lighter in weight. Also, ordered an ASUS Zen DVD Drive to load or watch DVD's.

Bought this for my dad. He loves it. Samsung products are great

I'm giving a lower rating for a manufacturing defect where the keyboard panel is not totally sealed into the edge of the bottom structure. However, the laptop seems to work as it should. The keyboard works fine, it is easy to navigate and the screen is good enough for my purposes.

Great looking sleek laptop. I like the feel of the keys very smooth. The grafics are noticably not very crisp or clear. Working well so far for the price

My biggest complaint is that everything seems super zoomed in. If you look at the pictures of the screen in the listing vs what I uploaded, you can see the huge difference in start menu size. Mine reaches all the way to the top of the screen! Expect that scaling for literally everything on this computer. The screenshot of the listing is at 100% zoom. As you can see, the website shows up huge. This is not a settings issue or a user error. This laptop claims to have HD resolution, but with the way everything is zoomed in, you get about 740p. Lower quality videos show up way grainer than they should as well, because of the zoom. In addition, I've been using this laptop for two days and already the touchpad did something weird where whenever I clicked, it'd tap whatever was half an inch to the left instead. For example, instead of expanding a window it would minimize. I had to restart the computer. It is also gave a "Intel® Optane™ Memory showing error "At risk (SMART event)" error 30 minutes after unboxing, which some forums said to just disable, but that's not very reassuring. I also don't like how you can't see time remaining on the battery. It only gives percentages. The keyboard also feels like a toy and is super loud. It has Windows 11 S mode, but that is easy to take off so that wasn't a deal breaker for me. All things considered, this might be a good starter laptop for a child or someone elderly...maybe. I just wouldn't expect it to last long. That being said, I will be returning this laptop. I don't think the deal is worth it. Just pay more for something better.
