Light weight. Quick response. Great battery life. Sharp images. Perfect screen size-not too big, not too small. If you’re a windows user, don’t switch to a MAC as you’ll have to pay for windows storage. BUY THIS COMPUTER or another HP model.

This is the lightest PC I have owned. Yet, it is packed with power and products. A very fast processor and enough memory to run several programs at once. I've always been a fan of HP products and this one is no exception. Thanks, Best Buy, for carrying this PC...and for putting it on at a very special price.

I would definitely recommend this brand of laptop to anyone looking to buy a laptop for business or personal use. Shipping time was excellent and fast. Screen is bright beautiful speed is great very happy with the service I received and my laptop. I will definitely buy more from Best Buy and the bag I bought for is also amazing and durable well worth the money and easy to bring my laptop with me where I need to take it. I use this for work purposes and also pay my bills on it holds my pictures and so much easier then my pc. I want to purchase one for my daughter as well so that will be my next purchase. Very pleased no complaints about this laptop. I only wish I had made this purchase a lot sooner instead of hesitating on wether this would work for me way better then expected.

Like most items at Best Buy, wait for it to be on sale before you buy it. If you can wait(I save items I'm interested in), you are getting a great value. Fast laptop. Good deal of memory. Great processor. Touch screen. I'd buy another!

I love this laptop. Its extremely lightweight & is really quite fast. The battery doesn't last as long as they advertised, but I don't mind plugging it in. I love the touchscreen, too. Being able to quickly zoom in on small print is definitely useful.

I have a more advanced version of this laptop (HP Envy x360) that I love, so when I needed a new laptop for work, I went looking for something similar. I was going to be able to use my corporate credit card for the purchase, but I had to keep it under $500 to keep from having to go through the approval process with our national office, which is a huge pain in the you-know-what. Since I needed this for basic office work, I figured this lesser version would work fine, and it has. This is a good little work horse for the price, and I would definitely recommend for someone who just needs a good, basic computer.

Overall great laptop that meets all expectations and far exceeds the needs for it. Very recommended for people in need of a laptop for work or school. Can run some steam game such as the binding of isaac at 60 frames smoothly even with heavy mods. Battery life is alright lasts around 6 hours on a charge. The computer with good internet connection can load websites within 2 seconds consistently with minimal stutters even while running multiple applications.

Got this on sale during the early Black Friday sale. Excellent performance once the memory was upgraded to 32Gb. This was an upgrade done by me to save cost. The newer model comes with a touch screen too.

Looks great and is light. I rarely use the touch screen option but it's nice to have. Tremendously fast laptop, I don't' game or do CAD so it's more than acceptable for me. Zero complaints

I'm very pleased with my purchase. This is my first laptop that I've bought myself. It's fast, very light, and keep it's charge well. I also like that it has a USB-C port.

Overall pleased with this HP 15.6" laptop. Great balance of screen size vs tradeoff on size/portability. Speed is more than sufficient. My only complaint is that the battery life seems to be only about four to five hours (while actually using the unit). ... A complaint partially against myself is that for my next purchase I will not try to save $$ with the cheaper HD screen resolution. (Frankly, this screen makes me feel like I'm back in 1993 instead of 2023.) Definitely spring for FHD, UHD or better. ... Last complaint is the hassle with trying to disable all the Microsoft extras (since I've wedded myself to Google).

This laptop was recommended by my Geek Squad technician. It was on sale in the price range I was seeking and had the features that I will use most for my first purchase of a personal laptop. I also preferred a Microsoft based operating system. So far I'm completely content with this laptop. The Windows 11 system is versatile and reliable. Only downside is the battery which needs more frequent charging than a MacBook. But that's to be expected in most HP laptops. Yes, I would recommend this laptop as a reasonably priced, mid-performance laptop that I trust will be in service for a number of years.

Does exactly what i need it to do, which is to run tuning software for cars. Charges quickly. Quick start up. Thin deisgn but solid.

Purchase this on sale brand new in box. The laptop is nice looking and easy to set up. It can also be very fast, but the battery is awful. I don’t know if I got a bad batch or something but the battery life can only go about 3 hours if even that fully charged. Because of that I don’t recommend.

Found this laptop on sale for price which was too good to pass up... and I couldn't be happier. The i5 processor is a step above similarly-priced i3-based computers, and the extra memory is a nice plus as well. Some people feel the display is a bit subpar, and the max resolution does seem to support this belief... but I went in store and watched some HQ YouTube videos before buying, and I thought the videos looked perfectly fine. If you're looking for a basic laptop to do typical browsing and work functions, this is a solid machine.

Love my computer!!! Best I've had in years! It's light, fast, and so easy to use.

Overall performance 10/10, price was affordable, great customer service as always at BestBuy and the laptop is 10/10.
