I simply love this laptop. It's silver colored, very light weight laptop. It's extremely fast, quick to start and quick to shut down. Battery life is amazing and never hanged so far. I am using it since 2 weeks.

I have had my old laptop 10, at the time it was a very good laptop. But it is like night and day between the 8g with the old hard drive compared to the 12g with the solid state hard drive. I love the speed.

After much research I decided on this PC, definitely a good choice! Excellent speed and graphics. I have used it now for a couple of days and I'm very satisfied with its performance. Highly recommend this PC.

Great price for this HP laptop and with touchscreen, I purchased this item to store my pictures it has plenty of memory 12GB and 256GB SSD. I've been using now for about a month and Iam happy with my purchase.

I just purchased this product when it was on sale ($150 off), and I am so glad I did. The keyboard is responsive; the touchscreen works beautifully; the processing speed is fast; and the speakers are AMAZING. I have never had a laptop where the speakers were LOUD when the volume was only halfway turned up. As I do online tutoring, this feature was very important to me. I couldn't be happier with this laptop.

Purchased the laptop to run amateur radio applications outdoors. The 2 USB ports are very close together and some connectors will not fit. Had to remove windows 10S as none of the ham software was available thru the “store”. Also had to install Firefox as explorer would not allow downloads due to invalid certificates at several sites. The display is too reflective to use without a cover to block out/reduce sunlight. The battery is supposed to last up to 12 hours but have not gotten more than 4-5 hours with all of the battery saving tips. Works OK overall with FT8 and have been spoiled by the touch screen.

Went into Best Buy looking for one laptop and ended up leaving with this one due to the cheaper price and it being better over all. The only con I have found is that the fan can be loud but it doesn’t bother me much.

First I want to thank the sales associate (Eric) he answered all of our questions...he was very knowledgeable and ever so patient. We have always had good service from Best Buy and will continue to purchase all of our technology needs from there. Our laptop is so fast and more than meets our needs and the sales associate's recommendation to upgrade our router was spot on. I also love the Passport external drive...so easy to use and so much storage. I will tell all my friends of our experience and recommend Best Buy for all their technology needs.

I like the light weight and quick start-up. I only need the device for QuickBooks for our simple business needs. I am not a gamer nor do I have other high-tech needs. I am concerned about how hot the battery charger gets very quickly when plugged in to the laptop. I do wish the battery charging light and the power lights were on top or on the front of the laptop so I wouldn't have to shift the device to look on the sides for these indicators. Word of caution...we had to have Geek Squad work around the Windows S-mode that would have limited sites...not sure of the technical term. Hopefully, as the laptop is used more, I will find more things I like about it and not more things I dislike about it.

It works well most of the time, sometimes a little slow when using multi-windows or multiple tabs open. Also, there seems to be a glitch in the touch screen. Sometimes it just doesn't work for a few minutes. Seems kind of flimsy, but as long as you use a case it should be fine. I've definitely had better (but paid more) and I've definitely had worse! If this is what's in your budget, then it will get the job done. If you can spend more, go ahead and do it. It's worth a little extra to get the best quality. I will say this HP is so much better than the Asus I had before!

Purchased this a couple of weeks ago and so far I’m impressed with everything about the laptop. It boots up extremely quick and have yet to encounter any issues. Configuration with existing hardware (printers, mouse, etc) was easy. I’ve not noticed any significant noise issues from the fan that other users have commented on. Yes, sometimes when the fan “kicks in” I can hear it. But it isn’t for long or particularly distracting. I’m not sure what people are complaining about as my previous laptop was a lot noisier for a longer period. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase this laptop again.

Works well. It's fast, It has the latest version of windows 10. A big plus for me is the weight. A great feature is the touch screen. I LIKE IT VERY MUCH. GREAT BUY.

The laptop provides all the tools and speed needed by a student or general user. It has more than ample data storage and comes loaded with great software.

Laptop is quick, responsive, and is fairly light weight. Had some issues getting the laptop out of "S" mode initially, but afterwards was smooth sailing.

We purchased this Computer for our daughter, and she loves it. She had an HP that lasted her almost 4 years, so it was time. She says it's very light to carry, and the old one was the same size but was much heavier. The 12GB of ram and 256GB SSD makes this a fast computer. It starts up in a few seconds, and that is a great feature. I realize I will need to upgrade her computer in a few years, but for now, this laptop is perfect for her needs!

I am pleased with this laptop. It has decent specs for its price point. This is my first experience with an SSD and I must admit that I am impressed. Fast startup and shutdowns are such a pleasure! It comes in Windows 10 S mode, but you can easily activate Windows 10 Home for free. I use this for web browsing and simple tasks and haven't had any issues. The touchscreen works great, picture is ok, the trackpad is responsive, the sound is good. The laptop is very light yet seems well built. Overall this was well worth the price.

Big screen. Easy to navigate, no problem setting up wireless printer. Had to relearn not to use external mouse! Excellent price.

It has a huge screen and it's super fast and light! We got it for my nephew and he loved it, overall its a great computer!
