My wife needed a new computer for work and so far this one has stood up to the test. We got it on sale and was a great deal. Setup was quick and easy and I had her back up and running in no time at all. Seems to be much faster and easier to use than her previous system which is great.

Bought this laptop after researching options for college students. The computer is a great value. This is my first with an SSD hard drive. It is extremely fast to boot and runs multiple programs easily. The small storage is probably the only knock, so I keep big files on an external. No DVD drive as well but I got an external for $20. So far I am very happy with the purchase.

I needed a sturdy back up computer recently due to a virus getting into my main laptop. This was a nice not pricey choice. It gave me reasonable power with the Intel i5, has a decent memory, storage, and Ram. The fan is a bit noisy, but I bought a stand and that keeps the fan off or cooling quieter.

I paid a lot for this beautiful computer. Thought I got the warranty. The computers hinge malfunctioned and I told it back to find out the cashier didn't add a warranty, and the customer service said I was a day over my receipt. And the factory warranty, to fix the hinge will cost what the computers priced at now. Stupid.

It's exactly what I need. It's lightweight, so I can easily take it where I need it. It's fast, and has plenty of memory for what I need. I don't use it for gaming, so I don't know if it would be good for that. It has a great picture and good sound for videos. I wish it had some indicator for when the num lock is on.

I bought this laptop to encourage my wife to further her education and it's ease of function paired with it's sleek design did just that. She's not tech savy and this laptop has been a dream for her to use. The touch screen is really nice, especially when scrolling menus or long texts.

Like all HP’s I’ve had over the years comes up a little short on battery life. Utilize it for work running mainly excel and word and the keyboard fits me nicely so I can work through the programs pretty fast.

I like this laptop overall and I’ve not had any issues yet. The fan is pretty loud but I don’t mind! I recommend and the only thing I will say is that I wish the sales rep from Best Buy would of recommended a digital pen to purchase. I was told this laptop doesn’t have compatible pens but that not true!

very easy to use and intuitive enough for a non-techie like me. screen has nice detail and colors, vibrant images. keyboard is large enough to easily hit the keys you intend. touch pad can be more sensitive than i need, but works fine. hard to find this much quality for less expense.

42 years of service;I recently retired from the workforce. I am a Information Technology Professional - IT Infrastructure . I needed a laptop for my day to day stuff;this model fit the build nicely !

This computer was purchased to replace a laptop that was 12 years old. Pricing of this computer was adequate for a retail location and the staff did not try to hard sell us on anything that we did not come in for/need. Would recommend for internet browsing and normal day to day usage!
