This computer has made my work-from-home life SO much easier! The screen is nice and big and the keyboard is as comfortable as a desktop, complete with number pad! I spring for the Microsoft Office Subscription so I have all the functionality I need without having to be on the Cloud, which give me peace of mind. I haven't really pushed it having a lot of apps open, but the speed has kept up with word processing, spreadsheets, and internet. It holds a charge well, last a long time, and is lightweight. SO happy with my purchase!

Does what I need it for. Good speed, nice screen and light weight. Touch screen is responsive. Primary use is for amazon, ebay and bills.

The HP 15.6 Touch-Screen Laptop was easy to set-up and begin using. With a subscription to Microsoft 365, this computer has everything I need for on-the-go or staying in my office use. The touch-screen is an extra added bonus as I enjoy going back and forth between it and the pad on the keyboard. The speed and memory of this laptop is great for all my personal and small business needs. I would highly recommend this laptop!

I bought this without really reading about the features. I've been an HP user for many years, so I just bought on name. I didn't know it had the touch screen until after a few days using the machine. I like it, but don't use it much. I had issues with changing the browser also. It came with 6 months of Trend Micro subscription, however I didn't feel it was a good " fit " for this machine. I also probably would have slowed down purchase had I read it didn't have a DVD player/burner on it. Fast, lightweight, easy to use.

For the price this was a good choice. Though having a large screen and keyboard, it's still light weight and easy to carry. The screen is a nice clear and crisp display. The processing speed is very nice too...boots up and shuts down quite quickly. Transition speeds are good. I would have given it a full 5 stars, but the touch of the keys themselves feels a little on the cheap side; not as solid to the touch as the keys on my Mac or other PCs I've had. Nevertheless, I would not say it makes it a deal breaker.

I needed a new laptop and wanted a touch screen. I have used HP for many years, so I found this one. Great screen for viewing movies, and is super fast with 12G of memory and the SSD. This I-5 processor is the latest 10th Gen.

I purchased this computer because it was time for an upgrade. I have always been an HP fan. The touch screen is appropriately sensitive. The touch pad is a bit awkward the way it is set up with only one surface and hard to push in the right spot. On another note, I cannot get Cortana to respond and made an appointment at the store, but the Geek Squad department refused to assist me with the issue though the computer was brand new and purchased there. The computer is nice and light weight, so easy to carry around.

I really like the touch screen. After 2years still in good condition.

1. Delivery: Delivery was quick and easy. Felt perfectly safe with all the guidelines in place. I was well informed and received a delivery slot too which is very useful 2. Laptop: The laptop is great. My niece absolutely loves it! High spec, i5 processor is great for your everyday tasks plus her gaming and streaming. Touchscreen is a must these days especially when you can flip it into a tablet mode and just watch movies in your bed! The battery life is decent, although there are laptops with a better battery life (Chromebooks), this is really good and after almost 6 months, no drop in battery life at all. The build quality is excellent and it feels really well made and build. 3. Things that could've been better: There is a lot of pre installed apps and tools that are supposed to make your life easier but they dont. Not really HPs fault (though most of them are HP specific) but it should come a little bit "cleaner" or junk free. Having said that, I would fully recommend it for anyone looking for a very good everyday laptop that feels great!

I needed a basic computer so I could keep track of my business expenses and income (excel worksheets) and business documents (word) and have zoom meetings. This met the memory, resolution, screen size and other requirements I had. For zoom, people could only hear the person right in front of the computer. My whiz computer son-in-law adjusted something and believes it will now pick up other people sitting near me. Honestly I haven't tried it yet to see if the microphone will work better. This probably wouldn't be an issue for most people but my husband and I share the same computer when we do "family night" zoom meetings. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with it. I love the touch screen and its easy to use.

I needed to replace my older HP desktop. I decided to purchase a laptop instead of a desktop. I did my research before going to the store. I spent several hours wandering around the store looking at the laptops and talking to the sales reps. However, I felt very overwhelmed and just could not commit to the purchase. I ended up leaving the store empty handed. The following week I continued my search on-line and visited several other stores. I eventually ended up back at Best Buy. I purchased this laptop as it was my first pick in the very beginning. I have always purchased HP products and they have never let me down. This laptop is super lightweight for portability. The keys are very light and take some getting used to but it’s not a big deal. The fan or motor running (sorry I’m not a techy person) is a bit annoying. However, it’s not like it does it all the time. It’s just for very brief periods. The set-up was super easy. If I can do it, anyone can. I also purchased the Microsoft office and installed it as well. I have a work laptop provided by my employer while we are at home teleworking. However, I’m retiring next July and wanted something I can use if I choose to continue working from home.

Good price touch screen very fast Windows 10 worked well

I bought the unit because I really needed another computer. Wanted touch screen ... big enough screen to see... getting older and small screens just dont cut it... the computer starts up and shuts down really fast ... all solid state parts. But the build quality is lacking. The keyboard doesn't feel very secure and for the money it really should be a back lit keyboard system. The silver keyboard Is hard to see unless you have a light right above the unit when you are working. The touch screen and speed are outstanding... I would find something else to better meet my needs next time... just some thoughts.

My first big purchase and I am in love. It is soo lightweight and it goes fast. Not only is it beautiful to look at, the speed is amazing. The keyboard isn't too hard and the touchscreen works fine. I do everything on here. From virtual classes to netflix and youtube and I don't even think it's overheated once. It also doesn't make noise like hp products usually make so that's a plus.

Love this laptop. The size is just large enough to clearly view the screen and to work with split screens. Yet it’s size is small enough to carry in an oversize handbag. It has speed, plenty of memory, and It’s battery life is superb. I love the touchscreen. The full keyboard with number pad is great for anyone who works with numbers.
