I'm glad to have purchased this laptop it has apart of a pretty looking a great performance also the ergonomic is very good I definitely would recommend this to anyone who needs a new laptop for school or your daily personal use. Plus it has a Touch Screen which is very useful to complete tasks faster.

This laptop is fast! It’s faster than my work desktop. It’s also pretty slim and very light. I’ve used it to record and edit videos and have had no problems a month in. The only downside is the screen isn’t like a high definition tv. I recommended it to another teacher and he is happy with it also.

This laptop was purchased because my previous one was getting extremely slow for school. I haven’t had any issues with the function of the device. The device fan can get a bit loud, but if you keep the laptop updated, it is very quiet. It’s a thing laptop considering the size, and pretty light weight.

Great Little Laptop. Good speed and everything my Mom needed for every day computing. Plenty of RAM to do all the tasks she wants to do. A larger hard drive would be nice, but this laptop starts up fast and seems to be very good quality.

Good price for a good laptop. No issues and I've had it for almost a month, decent battery life, touch screen is fun, good speed, camera and audio works well for Zoom calls... I like it and if a friend was looking for a good, affordable, basic laptop, I'd recommend it.

I am a college student and finding the right laptop was difficult because i know nothing about the technical side of thing. In all honesty this laptop has proved to be great. i was able to personalize it. it is very fast and supports zoom very well. it all just depends on how you use it. Obviously this is not a gaming laptop so you should refrain from playing or downloading any games. if you want this to last, strictly use it for school.

This HP Laptop is great for personal use, and probably more! The touch screen functionality is especially beneficial. Screen size and clarity, is better than I've had on either personal or company laptops. It is extremely fast (at least for my use). I recommend this laptop!

Seems to be pretty fast. I have used it for business and general internet browsing for about a month now. It came in S mode but I am considering getting rid of that. S mode limits some things I can do with my Computer. Overall I am happy with my purchase. Well worth the money.

This HP is all I wanted and more. Love the color. This is my first lap top. I have only had a home base computer. I did not want a touch screen but glad I have it now. The design is sleek, modern and light weight. Easy to use. Great quality & excellent price. I would buy again.

We bought this laptop to replace another that was about 5 years old. Huge difference in speed and processing power. The i5 with the 12 GB ram and the SSD is a great combination for the money. The touch screen is also a convenient feature that makes things easier.

I bought this computer for my teenager. Due to Covid, almost everything is being done online so she needed a quality computer that did not brake the bank. This one was it. It loads quick, decent quality in the screen and having the touch screen works for some of her favorite games and photos

Well so far I have had this computer for just over a month now and I bought it because I just went back to school and my laptop was super out of date and full of garbage. Once I bought this computer, it has made my schooling so much easier to get through and this computer has so many features and a lot of room in it and it works very quickly. The touch-screen option is amazing and comes in handy more than I thought it would. I would recommend this computer to anyone looking for something to upgrade or if you just need a new one. It has made me very happy and it has a fair price. Of course I would've liked it to be a little cheaper but oh well, no negotiating I guess. All in all, it's a great buy from Best Buy!

I like everything about this laptop...the speed, the touchscreen, the feel of the keyboard, and the size. I’m no gamer, but this model is very quick for all that I want to do. Very happy with the purchase.

This laptop is awesome!!! It is fast, you can have alot of windows open at the same time and it has the number keyboard on the side and not just across at the top which was very important and hard to find. You can't beat this laptop for the price!!!

Purchased it for school and it gets the job done. Had for a few years now and its still going strong. Especially since it runs all my school programs compared to other computers. Certainly worth the price

I am a student and a light gamer. This laptop has met and exceeded my expectations from it. The touch screen is nice, its speed is impeccable, it has a good battery life, and it has beautiful speakers.

After a couple of missteps and ultimate returns with online ordering, I bought this one at the store, my first new laptop in 8 years. I chose HP because my previous one, also purchased at Best Buy, lasted so long, and my printer and other accessories are HP branded. I love the speed, and after having 0 RAM left on my old laptop, it is a dream to work on. The negatives are: it comes with only WIFI capability so a separate ethernet adapter is needed. (There is a USB-C port on the computer's right side (the adapter was inexpensive and no biggie); only two USB ports on the left side but a 4-port adapter solves that issue; and last but definitely NOT LEAST, the-hard-to-read keyboard! The letters and numbers are just a tad darker than the silver keyboard and -for an older user - SO very hard to read - even with a bright light shining right on it.

The start up time for the computer is so quick! I absolutely love it! In addition much lighter than my old laptop and also enjoy the touch screen! The service I received at Best Buy was very friendly and I was able to get in and get out very quickly!

This is a great value for money. Laptop is very fast and it has certainly improved my productivity and experience. The touch screen is an added advantage. I also like the number keypad on the right. Overall I like this laptop very much.

I purchased this computer so I could work from home. I've always had a regular keyboard from a tower. The full size keyboard is really nice but takes getting used to since the key travel is shorter. (Accidently hit wrong keys while typing) The screen has good resolution and I'm not tired after staring at it for 8 hours. Speed is really good and connection to my wireless network is strong even at 60 feet away from the router. It only has 2 USB ports but I have a hub that extends it to 5. Battery life is 5+ hours of continuous use.
