I was not informed that this computer came in Smode. I am not allowed to use any apps that are not from the microsoft store- that includes Zoom, which I might need for job interviews, etc. Also, I was sold an antivirus that I couldn't put on bc the S mode.

I needed lightning fast speed for working at home with often 10-15 windows open, including Microsoft TEAMS, excel, Word, and internet based work software. I was previously working with 4 GB of memory (it was all I knew, I did not realize how slow it worked). This beast with 12 GB of memory crushes the speed, which was exactly what I needed for a good price. Works perfectly with an additional monitor. I prefer using a mouse - a previous review noted no left or right clicking on the pad (could be frustrating if used), which, If I used that, I would agree with. Also 2 USB ports, which may be limiting to some. For me, this is a perfect work machine.

very good laptop at the price i got it on sale for, i wish the battery life were longer and i would have loved a backlit keyboard. overall a very good product

Excellent, inexpensive product, just the fact that you get 256GB in SSD with 12GB of RAM is enticing, add the low price and the reliable brand and the i5 core processor and you found yourself a great deal and that's what I feel we got on this laptop, the screen is bright and colours are vivid, the software experience feels fast so getting work done during these crazy times feel like a relief. Only thing I'd say though is that the keyboard feels a little clunky when you're typing and it would have been nice to add a backlit keyboard.

I really like this laptop. It's alot faster than my other laptop I had so I'm very happy about that & I like that it's a touch screen as well. Its a good laptop for the price.

I'm not a techie so I can't say anything other than it was easy to set up and lightening fast when using. Best money I've spent in awhile. The people I dealt with at the store were super helpful and nice to work with. I'm deciding on what HP wireless printer to get now but it will be bought at Best Buy for sure. I hope they last as long as what I have now. My desktop and printer are both 12 years old so I'm no longer receiving updates and thought it was time to update. It's a new world!!!

This is an excellent buy from BestBuy. Love the touch screen feature and slick look. Lightweight so good for transporting around. Very easy to set up. Well-worth the investment.

I bought this laptop almost 3 years ago and it works great!! I used it mostly for home work and streaming! I live Hps!

It’s worth the price you won’t be sorry! I actually returned a chrome book and brought this computer. I’m so happy I did. This computer out weights any chrome book.

I absolutely love this laptop and would get it again. I only got to use it for about 30 days as when I purchased the communication with adding theProtection plan was not communicated successfully in turn it did not get put on my laptop. About at the end of 30 days my daughter spilled water on my laptop and destroyed it and now I just have a beautiful paperweight. But I would say that this laptop is extremely high-quality very nice to use great for online conferencing. The touchscreen is high-quality and fast responding. I would love to buy the stopped up again but it is too expensive so I will have to downgrade sadly.

I am pleased with the speed of the new computer. This is my first computer with windows 10 and the ease to operate it is great. The touch screen is a nice touch.

A light computer, of good quality, fast in its processing. Adaptable port, stereo sound, bright high definition screen.

Needed this to work from home. Wanted something fast and easy to use and this fit the bill. Wasn’t top of the line price wise but wasn’t cheap either. About $900.

Great deal...my daughter loves it for doing homework. It's compact and the touch screen lets use as a tablet or computer. It was much less than some similar models.

Very easy to use, my 6 year old doe not have any complaints. Love the sleek look. Also very light and not bulky. Touch screen seems to be responding well at this time.

It was on sale for $520. It’s worthy the price for an intel core 5, and its touch screen! Got it for video game streaming.
