This laptop has everything you would need for a basic, get the work done, laptop! It starts up quickly, keyboard feels good, screen looks good, and has plenty of storage and memory! Weight is average for a laptop like this and therefore you are not overloaded in carrying it around! I would recommend!

I have now used this laptop for a few weeks now and have not had any problems with it at all. The touch screen is nice and I forget to use it as often as I could. It could use a few more Flash drive ports but I use a multi USB port device for more hook up when I need it and hey where is the DVD/CD drive? Just kidding there is a nice drive tucked in on the right side that does add a nice touch to this machine. This HP Laptop is Excellent. I'm very happy with it I sat it up for my use and deleted things that I did not want on it. With 1TB hard drive I who is worried about running out of Memory? Love the 8Gs of RAM for faster downloads. This machine has as much on it as my Desktop for much smaller space. Hey why do I have a Big HP Desktop if this does it all... maybe because of all the extra screens and attachments. Well I do recommend this HP as I do all HP products. Get one when there is a sale. (Gota Fly for now have a nice day.)

While there are better systems out there, for the dollar figure, this little gem packs quick processing speed with a large hard drive and great RAM capacity into a small price tag.

These units are great! I have purchased several for my family and they work perfectly. They run fast, keep a solid connection and have plenty of space for the price. The touch screen was just an added bonus and makes for some fun.

The Hp Intel core i5 with 8gb memory and 1tb runs great. It's a nice touchscreen computer for the price. I use it for work and I have a lot of window open at the same time and it doesn't freeze like other computer.

Needed a new laptop for general use. We wanted a TB of memory, 8 GB of ram, 15 inch touch screen with a DVD burner. We got all of that at a great price. Only had it a month, but haven't had any issues so far.

Great computer. Fast, easy to use. However, the battery drains too fast. I can't get through a whole day before I have to plug it in. I don't stay on my computer all day but if I use it for surfing the web or reading articles or online class assignments I have to keep it plugged in.

I’ve never had a touchscreen laptop before so I was a bit nervous about buying this one because I’ve heard people say touchscreens are the worse. I’m glad I bought this one. It works awesome and I’ve had it for a couple of months and I haven’t had any problems with it at all.

I purchased my laptop in BestBuyand I have to say it's aweosme! It's light weight and super quiet. The screen is crisp and bright and the battery lasts forever. I have music, games, movies, apps and pictures on mine and it runs very smoothly and responds very quickly. The webcam works great and since it has a dvd drive it's great for playing movies on the go. I love this laptop it's perfect and I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a basic laptop.

This is a great computer for the price. It has a good balance, processor, RAM, toutch screen HD size, cd, just a good all around balanced computer.

I needed a laptop for graduate school. It's online and I didn't want to have to go to the campus if I didn't have to do so. I wanted a CD-Rom drive because I like to put music on a mp3 player headset that I have and I still have tons of movies on DVDs that I watch. The computer works well. It's not fancy and sometimes Windows 10 can be annoying, but overall, it's a good experience. i will say that when I went to the store to purchase a computer, this one was back in a corner and all the ones without CD ROMs were up front--the fancy ones that convert to tablets. This was actually cheaper.

Bought this model to replace my 5 year old HP laptop that developed a line across the screen. It made more sense to buy a new one rather than put money into a older, slower model. The scree I good size with great clarity. The touchscreen is something new for me, but I am getting used to it. Overall it is faster and slightly larger than the old one. I am very pleased with the product. My only complaint is Windows 10 and Microsoft Edge, but I guess it will take some getting used to if I want the software support and up-grades from Microsoft.
