I love this computer. The touch screen is amazing. I have never had a touch screen computer so I sometimes forget and only use the mouse!!! I was wanting a MacBook but my sister talked me into saving some major money and buying this laptop and I am so glad I did!!!

Great purchase! Everything about this laptop is great. Very fast, good display, good keyboard and stays cool. You can up the RAM to as much as you want. Fast without upgrade. I upgraded to 64gb kit (2X 32gb) crazy fast. Multiple Windows opened on dual monitors and task fast.

Overall the laptop is performing great, the only issue that I noticed is the battery life. It seems it last less than 4 hours if the laptop is used continuously. After 3 or 4 hours, the battery drops to 15%. I got the laptop as an open box with two surface scratches. It's a great laptop for the money I paid.

The HP - 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 512GB SSD - Natural Silver Laptop is sweet! I wanted a laptop with Windows 11 (and none of my older laptops or desktops could run Windows 11). This piece of hardware is blazing fast with that solid state drive, unfortunately like most laptops nowadays you don't get a BIG SSD but half a terabyte is sufficient for my needs. I love the lighted keyboard, especially when I'm in the bed at night with the lights down low. It makes it extremely easy to type. The screen is bright and the touchscreen is responsive and a nice feature. Music sounds great from the speakers and using the camera facing me I can logon via facial recognition, password or fingerprint. Other than the size of the hard drive I have nothing negative to say about this laptop computer AND it's not too expensive (relatively speaking of course). If you need a nice laptop to do your school work or for business purposes, this machine is more than sufficient!

wonderful computer. great salespeople in store, and signed up for geek squad. they set up computer for me. I am enjoying this HP 15.6. the size of the computer is perfect ! I always use HP and will continue to use their products. Only the battery does not last long!

My mothers old laptop died and with a fury. Needed a quick replacement, but wanted something other than a cheap laptop that would bedead in a year or so. This machine is much faster and more responsive than what she was used to and is extremely happy with it!

This is a good laptop for the price. While it does not have the best in class display, it is very good for most business and general purposes. It is a touch screen allowing mixed use touch screen and mouse operations. The battery life is excellent. I am pleased with this purchase.

I bought this so I could upgrade to Windows 11. Great laptop. I use it several hours a day and it does everything I want.
