My mothers old laptop died and with a fury. Needed a quick replacement, but wanted something other than a cheap laptop that would bedead in a year or so. This machine is much faster and more responsive than what she was used to and is extremely happy with it!

I wish the computer folded like a yoga computer and had Excel, Word, and other programs automatically installed instead of an options to buy. Also automatically blocked hackers but other than that, the computer system works well.

This is a good laptop for the price. While it does not have the best in class display, it is very good for most business and general purposes. It is a touch screen allowing mixed use touch screen and mouse operations. The battery life is excellent. I am pleased with this purchase.

This is the first laptop I purchased myself. My previous machine was 12 years old, so it was a struggle bus to get anything done. This is a great mid-range performance laptop.

I upgraded from another HP. The transfer process was fairly simple and efficient with Microsoft account. I like the touchscreen although the keyboard letters and numbers aren't as easily readable as my previous laptop. Overall,happy with the purchase.

My son loves this laptop. Worked great for a 10 year old gaming. For the price it works well. He wants to upgrade soon but as a starter laptop it worked really well

I love everything about this computer except the battery. It's fast, easy to use, screen is much smaller than my desktop but I went smaller to make carrying it with me much easier. I've never had a touch screen computer so that's a great feature since I'm used to an iPad. Battery life: Up to 11 hours (video playback), Up to 9 hours (wireless streaming) The above is what the overview said about the battery life of this particular computer. Since I don't do much video playback or wireless streaming on the computer I thought things would be great. I mainly use the computer for emails, facebook, shopping & Microsoft 365. I normally use the computer for 2-3 hours a day, not all at the same time. I'm having to charge at least twice a day which I was totally unprepared for. The charge on my old HP laptop lasted all day, just charged overnite & it was ready to go. This battery definately is not what I was expecting :( Other than the battery issue, it's a great little computer!!

Working well for my needs. Has everythi g I need for basic online functions. Love the touch screen!

Laptop was purchased to replace a Dell from 2018. This laptop was half the cost, and performs 10x better. It streams shows well, and setup was a breeze. I wish I would have purchased sooner.

I bought this computer for my daughter so she can hook up her drawing tablet. She loves it, the touch screen how if folds all the way back like a tablet. How much memory it holds very satisfied with the product.

Bought this as a gift for our granddaughter and she's "over the moon" so happy with her new HP laptop. She says it's so easy to use and has all the programs she needs. Great product at a super reasonable price!

the is the second one i purchased. the first has lighted key board that sthe only difference, they work great for this price. the touch screen feature has not change. " it a tablet if you fold it over.

I love my new computer! Not fully functional with it yet because of the magnitude of things want to eliminate/move from the old computer, but so far it is perfect, just what I wanted, thanks to the HP reps who helped me!
