went in to BestBuy to get a basic cheap laptop, ended up paying more for this. Im glad I got this as it was on sale and is a lot more computer for the money. So far all is well and no bad things to say so far.

Except for the fact that one of my internet games doesn't work on Windows 11, the laptop is excellent. Fast, light, good picture quality and the perfect size for my uses.

Very durable and sleek, I did have some small freezing here and there, the touch screen is a nice bonus! The screen resolution isn't the best but good enough for basic use.

This was a graduation present for my daughter. She loves it. We installed Microsoft Office on it and it works great, and she loves the touchscreen.

I purchased this laptop to replace a less than stellar 3 year old Lenovo laptop. While it worked, it loaded up very slowly and had horrible wireless performance. I needed something a bit more predictable with better performance. This seemed to fit the bill and I had been happy with another recent HP laptop purchase in 2021. Laptop is well packaged and relatively slim. Boot times are quick and wireless has been very stable. My only complaints are the size of the touchpad and the feel of the keyboard. The touchpad is bigger than necessary (in my opinion). The keyboard has a very clicky/cheaper feeling. It works fine but just not as nice as most other laptops I am using or have used. Overall, I am happy with it. The above complaints are very minor for an otherwise great machine.

This laptop has been flawless so far. I would certainly recommend it and would buy again if I needed another.

I bought this pc new and it looked new after being unpacked. The look is pretty and sleek. The speed is great. Doesn't stay charged long but that's an easy adjustment for me. I'm pleased so far!

My boys use this for gaming and watching movies. The screen is clear and there's no pixelation. There's no delay or dragging, which makes for happier kiddos!

I love this computer! It sleek and light but still has a large screen which I wanted! Has a nice touch screen feature as well! Really happy I went and exchanged my Lenovo for this!

Great laptop for college homework, nothing fancy but it does its work. It is fast and has a good resolution.

Purchased this laptop to upgrade from an older version and have a better laptop to complete college classes. It has been great and much faster with completing assignments.

I recently purchased the HP 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop in Natural Silver, excited to upgrade my old laptop and experience the benefits of a touch-screen device. While the laptop's design was quite appealing, I was ultimately disappointed by its performance, leading me to reconsider my purchase. First and foremost, I must commend HP on the sleek and modern design of this laptop. The natural silver color and slim profile make it a visually appealing device that's easy on the eyes. The touch-screen functionality was also a nice addition, offering a new level of convenience and interactivity that I appreciated. However, my enthusiasm waned as I began using the laptop and encountered several performance-related issues. Despite having an Intel Core i5 processor and 8GB of memory, I found that the laptop struggled with multitasking and running more demanding applications. This was particularly surprising and disappointing, considering the laptop's specifications suggest it should be able to handle these tasks with ease. Furthermore, the battery life was underwhelming. Even with moderate use, I found myself having to recharge the laptop multiple times throughout the day. For a device that is marketed as being portable and versatile, this was a significant drawback. Another issue I faced was the laptop's cooling system. It seemed to overheat rather quickly, causing the fans to become quite loud and distracting. This not only raised concerns about the laptop's durability but also made it challenging to focus on my work in a quiet environment. In conclusion, while this HP 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop boasts an attractive design and touch-screen functionality, the performance issues I encountered were simply too significant to ignore. If you're looking for a laptop that can handle multitasking and demanding applications, I would recommend exploring alternative options. The design alone is not enough to compensate for the lackluster performance and subpar battery life of this device.

Bought for a highscooler, very decent computer with storage space & an adequate processor for speed! Not too fancy but not low end either. Very happy with this purchase.
