I needed this laptop urgently did not invest much effort in my research and I must say I am really please with what I got.

I absolutely love my laptop and i use it for games as well. Mostly The Sims 4 and a few expansion packs so it doesnt come with mych memory as ive had to buy some more lol but overall i love it

It's nice to have a computer that responds quickly. Upgrade was essential and I trusted the Best Buy reps to steer me in the right direction.

The laptop work great. Windows 11 takes a little getting used to, and the keyboard is a little difficult to read (gray letters on gray keys), but overall, it is a nice upgrade from my previous laptop.

Wonderful computer. Very light and good looking. I use it to teach piano online and the picture and sound are great without any additional equipment. The Best Buy rep advised me very well

Haven't had this laptop long but so far it is working really well for me. I use it for downloading tons of photos, use Word and Excell for personal items and haven't had any issues.

I bought this for my 88-year-old mom who's struggled with her Surface. She absolutely loves everything about it. The ease of use; the picture; the sound. And the price was great too.

I love my laptop! It is literally what holds my entire life. It stores all of my log in information so that I don’t have to try to remember everything, it’s great for nursing school with all of the storage it has. The touchscreen makes my life easier because let’s face it, in today’s world it’s habit to reach up and touch. Hp really delivered with this laptop! Best Buy was so helpful when it came to setting it up because I used to consider myself good with electronics and now I feel I have no clue sometimes!

It is very comfortable for my work at home, high school and office. It's fast and it works well for me, I would buy it again

I love my new HP laptop. Its touch screen snd has a good amount of storage space. Dies exactly what I want and need to do. Very happy with it. Oh and the graphics are awesome!!
