So far this laptop performs and functions to my needs. I don't require much of my laptop.

The HP-15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop gets high ratings for price, speed, number and variety of ports, and memory for my use. The display is a bit too reflective for my eyes, but the resolution is very good. The keyboard will take some getting used to; it seems a bit awkward for my wrists and hands.

Nice machine! Love the single wide hinge! The last one had 2 separate hinges about 2”wide. It caused the screen to separate from the skin which is why I’m purchasing the 2nd one. This computer is much improved and so far can handle the opening and closing of the lid. The only thing I wished it had would’ve been the backlit keyboard.

Great laptop, compact and efficient, using it for taxes only. Great price for the bells and whistles

The technician was very polite and attended to me on time. He knew that I was a rooke in operating the laptop, but he was professional by explaining to me what to do in case I do not know what to do next. In case I need more help, I should just come in.

I've been using this laptop for a few months now. It has performed as expected and i would buy agian.

Decent for the tasks it needs to do and it gets the job done, it's very light compared to older models I have used.

so far it has been better and faster than the one i had before but asthey say on brit tv it,s still early days
