    Overall good computer, but only 2 USB ports, the downside was time it took to lift the "S" mode lock Microsoft put on the system and the time it took to overcome a stupid intervention by Microsoft which HP accepted. In short you can only download Microsoft apps. Nor can is there a Ethernet port. Ticked me off to say the least.

    This a very fast computer, The SSD drive makes a world of difference. It boots up in 10 to 15 seconds. Win 11 has a learning curve that was improved with a third party menu program (Open-Shell). Over all an excellent computer at a reasonable price

    We are replacing our 10 year old ASUS with this computer. This one is vey easy to carry around the house, since we are primarily using it for listening to music. So far working good but it takes long time to start it. Holding the button for 5-10 seconds, not hearing any klick sound before it finely comes up. We don't know if this is normal, we are hoping it will not get worse. Other than that it's acceptable.
