Best Laptop I have ever had! Very affordable Cost

Very good price for this product, very satisfied with it

I love my laptop so convenient and easy to use....

The laptop is ok but not very happy with my choice. The start button is almost sunk into the computer and not easy to press. Other item not too happy with is that the USB inserts are too close to the battery and almost difficult to push in USB. I miss my old laptop with a lighted keyboard; this one does not have one. Too soon to know how it will do.

Good performance overall , good quality amd good price

Bought On Sale at BestBuy on behalf of an older household member who needs an updated laptop for email (mostly), some word processing, and the occasional Zoom meeting. Definitely not a power user. His only comment was that the keyboard feels a bit "spongy" or "springy." To put that into proper persepctive, he was accustomed to the IBM Selectric keyboard.

Absolutely love this computer. Sleek, fast, large screen but lightweight, and fast! I havent had a new computer in 10 years so I was picky.

I was advised by a professional to purchase an HP laptop. That's what I did and am very pleased with the purchase. BesyBuy employee was extremely helpful and listened to my needs/wants. Very efficient purchase.

I buy many HP laptops, never an issue. The S mode is also not an issue, if you want to change out of it, takes all but a minute if that.

This is a good laptop. Easy to access, smooth maneuvering and quick response time. I have owned for well over 3 years and have had no issues with it at all.

Bought this for my wife whose older laptop was out of date. She loves it. It’s ultra fast to boot up and it works great. Only downside is that is doesn’t have a backlit keyboard.

So far this laptop has performed as expected. Installation was uneventful and my MS products are performing well. There is a slight learning curve from Windows 10 to 11.

Great and reliable laptop. I use it for school so it’s really great for it! Only thing I would possibly change is the brightness of the screen. When I’m in certain locations it’s not bright enough.

The computer laptop will go completely black for 1-2 seconds then return to normal while using. The keys are light-colored instead of black! I am careful to handle the computer because it is lightweight and seems fragile.
