Everything works just like you would expect. The keyboard is a little cheesy to type on. Windows 11 is a pain just as you would expect. When finally get it out of "S" mode it is more workable. Get on youtube to find out how to get rid some of the advertisements.

The Laptop is working out great. Everything that I had on my old Laptop was transferred over to this one. It was also easy to see if I could get a Credit Card for Best Buy. Best Buy and Geek Squad work out well together. Thanks to both of you..

Not a bad laptop for basic needs. The touch screen is great. I was not able to find a docking station for this which is disappointing but still a decent laptop.

Budget Friendly perfect laptop for college and normal usage by everyone

It's fine for the price. I have a more expensive model of the same computer and I really notice the difference in the quality and color of the images on the screen. Also the keyboard... but it is serving it's purpose and was relatively inexpensive.

Greatest laptop! Looked for a few months to find a 15.6" laptop with 10 key feature and Intel Core 5. Super light and fast! Recommended to a friend who purchased the exact model. Great value.

This Lenovo laptop is perfect for my needs. I love the touchscreen and it is not heavy. The keyboard is easy to use and the screen is very clear.

Great desktop computer with a very vibrant display that is very usefull for all of my needs. This was purchased for use at our church and it has made many things so much easier to operate.

I mainly use this for gaming, Youtube, Netflix and News, my Granddaughters play Roblox on it as well. We all LOVE IT!

No complains, does all you need for the price. Handles everything but obviously it isnt a gaming computer so dont treat it like one.

Computer is great. But the bottom panel is flimsy and cracks. Otherwise product is good.

Recently purchased this unit and total tech. Geek squad came, setup computer complete with connections to WiFi and printer. They also downloaded software and removed unnecessary programs. Love it so far.
