Very sleek design and not bulky. Boots up very quickly with minimal wait time. Display is easy on the eyes.

This laptop, as with most at this price point, come with Windows 11 Home in S mode pre-installed. Any apps or hardware must be pre-approved by Microsoft as the only way to install an app is through the Microsoft app store. I didn't think it would be big deal until the brand new printer I bought was not on the list. I quickly learned how restricting this would be. With a 60 day return policy I felt it was best to return it before I got stuck with a computer that doesn't work unless I buy pre-approved hardware and software. The biggest issue is that you can't set search parameters for pre-approved devices and software so you're guessing with items that might have a restocking fee if returned once opened yet can't be used on your computer.

This is a great option for some departmental work that needs to be maintained as well as an overall moderate work computer. Good system.

The SD card slot doesn't work right. You have to get pliers to remove the card from the slot. I'm not sure if I'd recommend this yet, but I could only answer yes or no.

Thin, light and super fast. Very easy to set up and downloads are amazing. Nice keyboard touch and love the extra 10 key for spreadsheets.
