    Computer is great but the "m" key sticks on the keyboard and 1 USB port is difficult to plug anything into. That is why i rated this product a 4

    The computer is "okay" but initial customizaton of Windows 11 leaves a lot to be desired (the requirement for a Microsoft ID is annoying). Additionally, the edge of the case has a very thin boundary along the edge change that can slice your fingers or the side of your hand. This is especially noticible for small hands. The closeout price was very nice. The touch pad was too sensitive even at the lowest setting.
