Checkout process was easy and the sales guy very helpful. However, PC setup was not smooth. I had to contact HP support and reinstall windows since it was not working correctly. That added unnecessary complications for me. I expect better from HP.

Nice laptop. Very fast. Had to return it due to major Microsoft software bug that made it unusable (continuous XBox pop up ad). There was no outlet to contact Microsoft to find out what was wrong so returned it in 15 day window.

It was good at first but slowly turned very slow would only recommend for work purposes not any games, it can run some games but not high end games, decent laptop overall.
