I bought it in March 2023 and it's already dying. Resolution has been poor since purchase. I hate that it doesn't have a lighted keyboard, something I didn't notice at purchase.

Only issue is you can not increase ram. It is not as fast as I would have liked.

I wasn't told that this computer comes defaulted to "S Mode". I depend on the sales people to let me know what will meet the needs I have when I purchase new equipment. My salesman let me buy and walk out with this computer without telling me the computer was disabled from running any programs except Microsoft. I expect better than this from Bust Buy sales people.

When typing a document or on keyboard the screen and document size keep changing in size!!

Screen image is not sharp… lots of glare Windows seems to be slow… Google Chrome locks up.

Get the job done, no frills laptop. Comes in S mode, need to remove that for it to be a proper laptop.
