The HP-15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop gets high ratings for price, speed, number and variety of ports, and memory for my use. The display is a bit too reflective for my eyes, but the resolution is very good. The keyboard will take some getting used to; it seems a bit awkward for my wrists and hands.

Nice machine! Love the single wide hinge! The last one had 2 separate hinges about 2”wide. It caused the screen to separate from the skin which is why I’m purchasing the 2nd one. This computer is much improved and so far can handle the opening and closing of the lid. The only thing I wished it had would’ve been the backlit keyboard.

Love this lap top, easy to use. Easy to set up and it does everything that I wanted to do.

Decent for the tasks it needs to do and it gets the job done, it's very light compared to older models I have used.

The technician was very polite and attended to me on time. He knew that I was a rooke in operating the laptop, but he was professional by explaining to me what to do in case I do not know what to do next. In case I need more help, I should just come in.

Solid equipment for the price. I just wish there was an option to load Microsoft Office at time of purchase.
