Love the display and touch screen and that we can do so much with it but only on the charger … the battery life suck tremendously.

Recently purchased this unit and total tech. Geek squad came, setup computer complete with connections to WiFi and printer. They also downloaded software and removed unnecessary programs. Love it so far.

Awesome product and extremely easy to place the order. This was an open box product, however, brand new and met my expectations! Price was just right!

Love this laptop with number keys on the side. I find it gets confused between touch screen and keyboard use, but I’m suspecting it’s user error…

Bought this computer to replace my 10 year old HP..very pleased with this HP except I didn't notice it didn't have a lit keyboard as the old one. Will live through it!!

My only problem is that I didn't read the description closely enough. There's no backlit keyboard and I miss that, but it's my fault for not reading closely. Other than that, I love this computer.

For its power and price, it's alright. If you're someone looking for a component for work, this is a good option
