Works okay, except the touchpad driver issues that make the mouse useless. Expect to use only the touchscreen and usb mouse because HP isn't supporting drivers properly.

Nice computer works as needed no issues so far don’t use it for a ton of stuff but what I use it for it does just the job

Batter doesn’t last. Get a screen pop up that says the battery may be old. They don’t make them like they used to, bare bones

I was disappointed with this computer. The color is terrible. I had a hard time seeing the screen.

Keyboard is very fragile, multiple key popped out. One of the key can not put back in the track. Have to take it to the store.

My new HP laptop is working like a charm. It's doing everything I want it to do with the new Windows 11. It took a little time to get use to the change in format but everything seems to do exactly what it's suppose to do! The "touch screen" is a nice feature and the Solid State Drive is fast and provides plenty of memory. This is my fifth laytop computer and the best of the bunch!

Great customer service order it online. Within a few hours is ready for pick up. Very slim laptop and lightweight.

Great computer if you're planning on purchasing something in a budget that works well with kind of heavy programs

This was about what I expected from the purchase. Display is great. Speed is fine. Keyboard layout needs a little getting used to.

We bouhht thus on sale for my neice and nephew. It works good and has a big screen. Should be good enough for them.

This is our 3rd laptop, same make and model. Great size for travel but not too small or too large. Very happy

This is a decent laptop for the price. I don't do any serious gaming and I know just enough about the parts inside to be dangerous.

The HP laptop is okay at best. It's not any faster than my i3 and the battery is horrible. It only lasts the full 4 hours if I'm not doing anything on it. I work from home and do telehealth and I can barely see two clients before I have to plug in (60 minutes sessions each). For the $500, which was ridiculous, this laptop should be a lot faster and work better.

It is okay to run but the Disc Burner failed and I can’t use it and Best Buy will not it back after 2 weeks. Last time that I use Best Buy!!!

This computer had a great spec list but just felt slow after putting 4 web short cuts on the desktop. The 1366x768 display is also lack lust

Love My Lap Top Computer so far but I just got it so time will tell.. Still Love My HP Desktop too....

This laptop is a present for my brother-in-law and he really loves it. Easy to use and to carry on.
