Good little laptop does everything my wife needed it for

Battery dies too fast and picture quality is not that great.

Short battery life but dependable with nice sound.

I like my new HP computer. It's always hard getting used to something new, but I seem to learn a new function of my computer every few days. What I don't know, I will make a list and speak with the Geek Squad agents at Best Buy. They are always a plethora of information!

just what I was looking for. Fast and light weight

Good laptop at good price everything looks good so far Iam worried about battery though and the ram is running so fast and it’s hard getting getting battery life for it

This is my first Laptop and I'm not very happy with it.

Bought this for home use, and must say its above and beyond what I expected. The touch screen is very responsive to the touch, the speed and quality of the laptop alone is definitely above expectations. Great price and product!

I feel that I chose the wrong size. I wanted a portable, small device. This device makes noise, it heats up quickly and I can't use it without the light on

This was an easy purchase due to the Geek Squad assisting in getting a sales person to help and then because of my Tech - the Geek Squad (CJ & Rober - Tracy, CA), my new laptop was set up and all my data transferred with ease!

I am happy with the laptop and the level of help I received from the Geek Squad to help me understand Windows 11 versus Windows 10. It took me some time but I am working hard every day to remember how to work with Windows 11.

It's a clunky laptop and it feels outdated. Even for the price point the materials feel cheap compared to my wife's entry level MacBook. Within a week of using the laptop for college courses only, I started getting the spam/virus ticklers on the bottom right of the screen. Eventually, they went away, but highly annoying. The screen resolution is mediocre at best for 2022. I understand it is what it is but spend the extra money and get something else; I know I will be bringing this back and exchanging for a MacBook.

Lasted all of one week before it would not restart. Attempted multiple solutions to fix it but nothing worked and had to do a full reset. Did not bother setting it up again and just returned it. Was reluctant to get an HP and I should have listened to my gut.

I would not buy this computer again. You can’t do anything on it. I got it for school and it won’t let me download or do basic functions. It’s won’t let you download anything. It won’t get out of S mode. Never again will I buy a HP.

The price certainly reflects what you get with this computer. Not fancy just fair enough for a first time laptop. Had I known it was a deadline to return it, I will continue to look for something better.

laptop ok but it does not backlighting for the keyboard making its usage very frustrating. I assumed (my mistake) that every laptop in this range would have. Returned and got a Lenovo model

Some cheaper models have better quality than this. Waste of money even on sale. Would heat up very quickly and the fan is super loud.

The keyboard is not the best. The letters and numbers are too faint. Needs a little more color to it.
