It turned out that the computer was operated with Windows 11, and, it did not operate anywhere close to what I have been used to with earlier versions of Windows. I returned it to Best Buy because it didn't live up to my expectations.

I am disappointed with the short amount of time the battery lasts before I have to charge it. I last for about 3 hours. I called Best Buy and was basically told that I got what I paid for.

I had to return it because it froze during the initial set up.

I do not understand why I no longer can have apps I used to be able to have on this type of laptop

I purchased this laptop to replace my old one, and it is very easy to use. I’ve always been a Windows user, so there weren’t issues in regards to getting acquainted with the OS. The design is also very sleek and lightweight, which is a neat bonus. All in all, a great product.

Poor quality. Slow CPU. Do not recommend buying this one.

I like my new laptop. Speed is pretty good for what I do with it. Like that it's light and love the silver color. Haven't had an opportunity to do a lot with it, but it's worked great while I'm streaming Netflix or YouTube TV.

The laptop is light weight, keys are easy to use, processing is very fast. The battery life is horrible and the fan is extremely loud. The fan runs almost constantly whenever using the power cord.

Best Buy for the value! Screen resolution is great, like the PIN log in feature and the ability to use touch pad/screen or use a mouse. Memory is more than adequate for my use requirements.

This second computer is very useful when I travel and even when I choose to use it away from my computer room. It took me a little time to get used to not having to use the the mouse.
