We had this piece of junk for 6 weeks before it started freezing for no reason all the time. Took it to Best Buy and the NerdSquad couldn't tell us what was wrong, but it would be $200 to fix. They wouldn't exchange it. They restored it in HOPES that it would fix the problem and said we needed to buy Microsoft Office again. Will not buy from Best Buy or HP ever again.

We bought this computer only to have it stop working completely after 2 months, geek couldn't figure it out but when they put my receipt I'm the computer it told them to refund or exchange. Stated there must be a issue with this computer. Yet, best buy continues to sell it. Our experience with our home best buy was disastrous. Then we were told we couldn't have any returns for 90 days. This wasn't my fault !! Oh well, best buy won't be getting any of our Christmas shipping because I'm not purchasing something to not be able to return it if there's an issue. Pathetic policy. I was told the system can't differentiate the reason for the return and it doesn't show as an exchange, we got another computer, only shows as a return. Very disappointed in best buy and hp !!
