The first one I bought the keypad didn’t work so I returned it. Also the sales man was really rude. He even yelled at me in front of other customers. I went to another store and had absolutely great service and bought the same computer. It works great.

Nice large screen, but you will need to get an office program as it does not come with it. You get a 5 day trial.

For a cheaper HP PC this is an excellent buy if you're not looking to add Microsoft Office

I love my new laptop. Clean, large screen. Easy to use because I am a senior and technology is not easy for me. It is very sensitive. It will add many extra characters if you don't watch your fingers.

Bought it for my dad for Christmas, he is happy with it! Has a nice screen, and sound is great too.

This is a great labtop for my school, it has a big screen and it’s perfect for all of my tests and reports I need to do. I would definitely recommend this for any college student!

This is an excellent laptop. It is smaller than the one I purchased several years ago, and that makes it more portable. It is easy to use, the sound is excellent, and a good buy.

The Ryzen 5, 8GB is Nice computer for general work, and browsing. The large screen is added perk for movie and videos and spread sheets. It is NOT a gaming computer. (A Ryzon 7, 16GB is minimum for that)

I've given a bit of time to check our the computer and it's functioning well. The sales help at purchase was great and I actually enjoyed chatting with the guy as we took care of things - And I say that as someone ancient who sold electronic equipment just after tubes stopped being used in it.

I am currently pursuing my degree in nursing and I am impressed with this laptop. The image is very clear and crisp, the screen is very bright, it runs smoothly and I love the size and ease of the trackpad. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone else!

Excellent laptop! I've found H-P to be the most reliable and long-lasting brand available. My previous personal laptop was an H-P from 2000, It had to be retired this year (2025) because its CPU and storage weren't able to keep up with the speed and ginormous amount of storage needed for today's programs. Otherwise, that faithful laptop was still working at capacity. So impressive. I've had this one for 1 month and it's been a dream to work on. P.S. I had to kick out McAfee security s/w that came with it in favor of Webroot which I've learned to trust. and the Geek Squad loaded my old laptop's image for me - saved me a load of time. The imaging occurred fast and accurately.
