    Hard drive failed to boot up one week after I bought it! Geek squad replaced the whole computer!! Very lucky I did not loose all my data. Fortunately I saved my old machine and Geek squad was able to reload on to a new machine. Could have been a real data disaster. New box seems to be working okay but be very careful!!!!!!

    I bought this for my grandma and it was a massive upgrade from the computer she was using before. It runs quick and smoothly and the screen is large which she enjoys. I wish the keyboard had a backlight but that's not a deal realer for her. Overall a great computer for light work, internet browsing, and media streaming.

    Bought this replace a 10 year old Dell that couldn't upgrade to Windows 11. Very pleased with this computer. Not a lot of bloatware, good keyboard and decent features. Very nice for the price. Not sure how easy it will be to expand. I've read that the memory is part of the motherboard and can't be expanded. 8 GB is plenty for my use and the 512 GB hard drive is plenty. I recommend this for anyone who just needs access to the Web and for light duty office needs.
