This was my third purchase of a laptop from Best Buy. I have found that I receive the best product for my $'s when I make purchase from Best Buy. However, this time I was persuaded by the salesclerk to open a Best Buy credit card. I was told that I would receive 20% off my purchase by doing so. Now I find that I did not receive any discount for opening this account, but that it was not even a credit card but an in-house credit account good only at Best Buy. I feel like I was scammed by the salesclerk. Which has tarnished my feelings about Best Buy. Even when you are familiar with the store you shouldn't forget the old phrase "Buyer Beware"

This laptop is great! Our visit to Knoxville Best Buy was outstanding. Both the customer service staff and Geek Squad were great! Nice to have a staff willing to answer all questions and give recommendations to fit our needs! Awesome job!!!

My Husband's computer. He just loves it. Especially the larger screen. As always, the Geek Squad does perfect work on their setups.

Great Computer Very Fast Performs well compared to my last one

We weren't put under any pressure to buy a particular computer. The sales agent was very patient with us. The Geek Squad was very patient also explaining to us what they did.
