    Good laptop for the price. The only con I've found so far is the USB-C doesn't support an external monitor.

    Hard drive failed less than 3 months after purchase. Returned to Geek Squad and will see how HP will handle the warranty issue. In addition, there had been continuous issues with the trackpad with the left click sticking regulary. We will see how HP handles the warranty claim. I previously had a good opinion on HP. TBD depending on their next steps. Regardless, high marks for Geek Squad. Their folks are top notch.

    JUNK!! Had this laptop for only 2 months. Hard Disk failed. BestBuy giving me a whole bunch of crap on how I need pay extra money to get it diagnosed when I actually bought an additional 1 year extended warranty. Closing the bestbuy account.

    This was on Sale and it is a Great Lap Top for under $400. We used Geek Squad to down load files and programs from our old lap top. They did a great job. Thanks, Mike R.
