Very good picture quality.Very fast start up time. I have only changed the battery the day I brought it home, good battery life.

Love this laptop. So easy to use and pretty too. I replace my desk top a couple years ago with an hp. I liked it so much, decided to get an hp laptop too.

Top is excellent it does just what I need it. It has excellent speed comes on quickly easy to see the keyboard.

Love the screen size. So much faster than my old laptop. A great upgrade at a great price.

I purchased this laptop because I like a large screen size and this fits the bill. I wanted to get one that is sturdier than the plastic one I had, and this one has an aluminum surface that appears stronger, Always a challenge when I get a new laptop. They don't make it easy to set these up as everything now needs to be verified by my phone to coordinate with Outlook and Windows, and it just take a lot of time.

I just purchased this a couple weeks ago but so far, I'm impressed. The only thing I can't figure out how to get rid of is the pop up requesting a PIN whenever I log into a site that requires log in and password. If I have to live with it I will but it's kinda aggravating. Otherwise, I would recommend this computer

My first laptop. My previous HP was an all in one desktop. Found it easy to use with not much difficulty at all. Keyboard is very nice to use. I leave it plugged in most of the time. Geeksquad was a big help in transferring my data and setting it up.

I hold on to items for eh vah. So after 13 years I needed a new laptop. I have to have a number pad, prefer lighter laptops and a wider screen. This checks all of the boxes. This is a household laptop that I use for bill paying, online learning and some content creation. I'm happy.

The feel is real with the keyboard and touch pad. The speed is great. Due to Microsoft end of Win10 support had to give up the ole HP Gladiator, and so glad I made the right choice staying with this bad boy HP config...Rock On HP!
