My Dell computer needed repair and eventually had to be replaced. I had the experience of friendly, timely service (Geek Squad) for repairs and for purchasing (large inventory), with an excellent warranty.

I've counted on HP for years and this one is another winner !

I purchased this new computer to upgrade to Windows 11. My previous Laptop could not be updated to Windows 11. I had a great experience with the Staff at Best Buy and also the Geek Squad with the transfer of my information from my old Laptop to the new one. They were great to work with and did an excellent job with the transfer and updating some of my applications as well. High Recomendations to anyone.

As a "Boomer", with basic technological skills, I appreciated the sales representative taking the time to assist and recommend to me the best equipment and programs to meet my needs. He was very courteous and patient with my questions and concerns.

The only thing im bummed about is no touch screen .i ❤️ the big 17 inch screen plus the big keypad numbers and letters.

Very nice machine and was easy to set-up! The keyboard ink used for the letters could be better, but other than that, a nice machine!

We've had the laptop for about a month now. Everything seems to be working great and we are pleased. We use it primarily for everyday things ... Not gaming or graphics.

New Best Buy location was very nice with a helpful staff. Team member got me the top end HP laptop to replace my work one after I retired recently. And was $200 off!
