Replacing old computer incompatible with Windows 11. This HP device was easy to set up, is easy to use and not surprisingly much faster than my old computer. Perfect for what I need. For me no games, no business applications, no creating TikTok videos - all which I' m sure you could use this computer for if so inclined but I am not. Very happy with purchase.

This laptop has a great screen. It runs really good. I have been using youtube and steam. Steam works good for older games. Ive tested gta 4 lower graphics and it works good. Also counter strike source and halo master chief collection on halo 1. Gog works good too for older games. I played re2 and re 3 ps1 versions. If you need a laptop for a basic games i recommend it. Also tested bioshock 1. Really loving this laptop for 2nd laptop.

This is one of the best purchases I could have made. I needed a laptop for my small business and after careful searching, I decided on this one. I enjoy that the keyboard is set up the same as a desktop keyboard. No, this laptop is not equipped with touchscreen capability, but that is what I was looking for. Enjoying so far.

This laptop has proven to be everything I expected from an HP product. I originally purchased an off-brand laptop, which the hard casing began to break making the computer inoperable. My only regret with the HP is that I didn't buy it sooner. It runs like I charm, and I am completely satisfied with my purchase!! Thanks HP !!

Great purchase and the price was great for me. I've never owned a laptop before, I have a desktop all my life and felt comfortable with it for so many years that I never thought of getting a laptop, because I could never afford one, the prices were so expensive. When I saw the price. I jumped on it right away and happy I did! but now I'm happy I did.

Got this for my husband as his other one was an old Dell. He LOVES this one! It is quick, easy to use, and has plenty of internal memory for his use. And it was on sale for $250 off? Even better! Definitely worth getting!

My Mom has had the same laptop for over 10 years and it finally gave up. She was looking for something with a decent screen size but affordable so my husband and I shopped around a little and found this one at Best Buy. Once my husband helped her set it up, she has had no issues and wishes she got it sooner!
