Ive had this computer for 1 month. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the camera sucks. I guess you can always buy a webcam. I like that it has a large screen and good sound quality. I got it for a good price during black friday.

I bought this laptop for use with the Oculus Rift and it really does work with it! I had some times where there was some slight lag although I believe the fault was likely with my Oculus Rift. Plays videos online in 1080p and streams my games excellently! An awesome laptop that can really do it all!

I have always had great results with any HP computer product I have purchased. And so far this laptop is holding up to the HP name. I love the size of the screen. That is an issue with laptops. Since I am older I need a larger screen.

All around the hardware is good in this laptop. However, after using the included HDD and then later replacing it with an SSD I can say that it is great. I would recommend that factor in a SSD upgrade after purchase and you have the makings of great desktop replacement laptop with a big screen.

Love the larger screen, excellent resolution, fast USB, 10-key pad and a sleek exterior. Met all my expectations. My only wish is that the built-in touchpad buttons were slightly more raised. They're hard to feel without looking down at them. Small potatoes though, considering the low price.

This new HP connects so easily to wireless connections and to the HP printer. Buyers will appreciate the sturdiness and lightweight of this model. 17 inch screen makes for a large laptop but this seems like a 15 or less with weight. Carrying on trips is no longer a fear. You'll love it.

When we first started using it the WiFi wouldn’t work. Got errors drivers were over 6 months out of date. Had to do full Windows update and the HP drivers update. After that, all seems to be good. Decent laptop for the price.

After my 5 year old Toshiba laptop died I purchased this HP laptop. I didn't really need all the memory (1TB) but what really did it for me was the 17 inch screen -- love it. The only thing I miss from my Toshiba was the backlit keys, but overall, at least so far, I really enjoy the HP.

I had this laptop for over 2 years and it was what I needed. It was a great purchase and value for money. Big screen. 1 TB HD and DVD Sadly I had to let it go cause I upgraded to a new laptop. But it worked perfectly while I had it.

I was able to hook up this laptop to the internet, make it a part of a small home network, and get it to talk to the printer with very few problems. Windows 10 has some flaws, but that's not the fault of the computer.

Bought it for my 86 year old Dad. It's great! He requires the increased screen size and it was easy to set the display to a standard zoom. Also simplified the desk top so the sights he likes to go to are easy to find. This is his 3rd laptop. Easiest one yet to set-up.

I've been using my old laptop for a while so I knew it was time to upgrade. After searching around for a while, I knew what I was going to get and what features I needed to have vs what I wasn't for sure getting and what features I could live without. I saw this laptop in store and even though the actual laptop wasn't on demo, after reading the specs and features, I knew it would fit my needs. It does what I want it to and has the latest Windows version, which was a must. Screen size is slightly bigger than my old laptop, but that doesn't bother me. Learning the features of the laptop was pretty easy and the features I look for in a laptop were not hard to find. Also has HMDI port, which was a plus!

Comes out of the box ready to go. Large screen and easy to use keyboard. Very fast and an excellent replacement for her 11 year old Gateway that was much smaller. She's enjoying her early Christmas present.

Was in a panic when my Dell crashed. Went into the local store and got great service - computer arrived in one business day! Using this laptop almost two months now and working great. Starts up quickly, fast (enough) for my needs, and love the big screen.

This Laptop is very easy to work on. Love the way I can have programs on and have no hang ups. My other HPs would freeze from to many programs running. Works fast enough for everyday use. Easy touch keyboard.

Good laptop for price. Does not have the Processing capacity to handle multiple loads at once. If interested in fast response or gaming need to look at different computer. For basic internet, office type work great value and easily handles load.

We bought this for my wife, a college professor and writer. She does not play games so just needs a reliable laptop to do her writing and online course work. The larger screen makes it easier to use while traveling. She is very happy with it.

This computer is by far the best one I have ever owned. I love the processing and connectivity speeds- they are what I think a computer should be. It says 8G but I swear I am storing more on it than 8Gs:) Definitely worth the money!

This is a great entry-level computer for internet surfing and drafting documents. Pictures are very clear and the backlit keyboard makes the keys easy to see in the dark. I bought this for my elderly parents and they're very happy with it.

I really love my new HP Laptop. I was particularly looking for a 17" screen and was happy to find this one at a good price. It's great for streaming movies and the sound is great also.
