Perfect laptop for an executive person but size and weight were just too much.

I switched from an Apple laptop. It's just too different and difficult to use.

Will not let me log in to any accounts or make purchases, just goes in a loop

17" HD screen, Intel i5 processor, 8 GB RAM, 1TB hard drive @ $399. WOW!!

This is an average laptop. I can't say much about it due to minimal use.

The Mouse pad does not manipulate well or smoothly as I would like.

The first one I ordered right out of the package had pixel problems so I took it back. Two weeks into the second one same thing has happened. Love the computer and its features but worried about the longevity of the screen.

We returned it because it was slow for video games/internet speed

I purchased for the low price and features for i5 processor and 8 GB ram. The hinges broke after 1 year. not good materials used. This was 2nd hp laptop I bought not anymore.

Purchased this product based on reviews. It is very cheaply made the keyboard is to far back and the hard drive has failed after only a few months and I just went back to my 5 year old laptop that was made much better.

The LCD failed within 2.5 months. Had to use an external monitor to complete my work. However, Geek Squad fixed and turned around the unit faster than HP would have done. Thank you Zak.

Operates too slow! Windows 10 uses way too much data. If you are on a limited data plan, choose something better. My old laptop operates on 64-bit and out performs this computer.

This laptop fell apart. Only had the laptop for 4 months.The frame came off and that is not the worst. Dealing with customer service. Is just horrible.You have to find their number first. Then you are on the phone forever. They were supposed to send me a box for repair because you have a one-year warranty. I am still waiting. I tried GEEK Squad first because I have their warranty also. IF YOU DO NOT LIVE NEAR A BEST BUY. THEY WILL COME OUT FOR A FEE OF ABOUT 50.00. THAT IS NOT COVERED IN THE WARRANTY.

It seems to hang when when asked to do thingks like page down multiple times and the g keys doesnt work aftet two weeks. The finger pad isnt as responsive as my last laptop

I bought this open box so that might be the issue. It would not let me register for an account and said too many users were on the computer even thought it'bwas new.

After entering personal info and running setup, laptop screen turned white and then died. Have blinking caps lock light and fan spinning up and down noise. This is the 2nd HP laptop to do this in the last few years. Last time it was system board replacement. Going back to store tomorrow.

I might be Capt. Obvious here but the graphics are sad. Can't keep up. Started acting up almost immediately shutting down. Finally, a couple days ago it just shut down and wouldn't boot up. I got an error message saying 'inactive boot driver'. I've had PCMatic on it since day one. Had to reset this waste of my money. It's almost entirely useless. Can't even run a basic PC game like League of Legends smoothly.

This HP offers a 17.3-inch screen, plenty of fast RAM, an i5 processor, and lots of storage. What it lacks, however, is a friendly keyboard. For example, the only light is that on the Caps Lock key. There is neither one for the Num Lock key nor one to indicate processing. The tactile feel is definitely a step down from my 2007 Toshiba Satellite which exuded quality; the difference between the two is almost that of night and day. The "feel" aside, this HP excels in performance, and it is well worth the purchase price.
