I am very happy with this machine. I love the large screen and it is much faster than my old one. This laptop has enough memory and processing speed to handle any task that I would ask it to do. I recommend it especially at the price point I was looking for.

I like this laptop and the large size screen. It has all the features that I need. The only downside is the fan is noisy, the keyboard has no backlight, and the battery needs a recharge fairly often if in use all day. Other than these negatives, I am enjoying this laptop very much!

I am very pleased with this laptop. it is nice to have a larger laptop. I use it mostly at my desk so the screen size is soothing for my aging eyes. Price was great. I would recommend to anyone needing a dependable computer.

I love the large screen and the speed that I can move through apps. This laptop loads any app (large or small) in the blink of an eye. I only wish I had gotten a larger SSD storage. This is a great unit to have.

I bought this laptop to replace my old laptop which is 6 years old. Everything loads very fast. Even with the largest screen it is very light. The only thing I disliked was there is no CD/DVD drive but I guess those are being phased out. I bought an external CD/DVD drive and it works fine.

The computer does not stay connected to the internet. I have had to reboot the computer. The keyboard is a little warped near the mouse trackpad. I like the big screen.

We recently had an installation done at our church. New sound board, WI-FI connection, multiple smart TVs to be connected to new computer for services, lots of wiring, lots of connecting to microphones that were previously connected to old system, etc. All of the men were very friendly, respectful, patient, and very knowledgeable. We have an older congregation and our congregation members that were there to explain our old system and put in their requests were definitely among our "older" congregation and not up to date with new technology. This did not seem to be a hinderance to the Geek Squad, they all kept very friendly and professional. Eric was the lead Squad member, David Williams is my main contact. Very grateful for all.

Sales person wasn't that attentive to the questions being asked. I specifically asked if the laptop came with a cd drive I told that it did. The unit does not have cd drive;

I purchased the laptop for its screen size, however, I am pleased with several other features including the placement of the keyboard and the speed.
