I like my new HP computer. It is just slightly bigger than my last one, so I'm still getting used to the width of it. The price was fair.

Well satisfied with this HP laptop and the service I received at my local store. Have been using it a couple of weeks and all is going great.

Fast startup, screen size is able for me to accommodate multiple windows open at same time. Video quality is great, no lag noticed.

Everything is fine, except the the letters and numbers on the key boar when tipping they're very hard to see my other laptop were black and shining and easy to see , beside that so far so good

Great laptop for my daughter, a college student. The only drawback is the startup has some bloat software, but otherwise, it's good.

Love this laptop. The only thing that I find hard is to see the letters on the keyboard. They are a very light color.

This is a great computer especially for the price. I purchased a wireless mouse to make it more user friendly.

Overall I like the computer, only thing I dislike is any thing you want to download has to be through the Microsoft store. If it's not there the computer won't let you download.

Purchased this laptop to replace an older HP laptop. Have had good luck with HP and got a good deal from Best Buy.
