I needed a new computer to replace my old one. The setup was easy and the browsing was good for what I needed it to do. I liked that the biggness of the laptap made me feel like I did not have to strain my eyes to see anything. I really like to it was not too heavy and it was eye to move if I choose to do so.

Very good basic 17 inch computer with DVD drive ( a rarity these days) and fast boot due to the SSD. Handles spreadsheets well and is fine for internet downloads and general computational tasks. Decent battery life. Good value for the money but don't expect Elite Book quality at this price point.

PC is perfect. Upgrading to SSD from HDD, I can definitely notice and appreciate the speed. So far no issues. Having some PC tech knowledge makes it very easy to personalize once you remove the S Mode. Storage could be bigger, so make sure to get an external drive for music files or videos.

This is an excellent laptop. Runs well. I love the design. Great size with big, clear screen. Keys feel nice. Typing is easy. Programs run well on it. I highly recommend this laptop.

I bought a cheap 14" version and returned after a week it was horrible so i returned and upgraded to the 17" 600$ model and now we are cooking with gas!! Awesome graphics great processor good speed no frozen screen no hiccups what do ever and even better it has a dvd cd drive couldnt be happier again you get what you pay its worth the extra money believe me

This is my 3rd HP from Best Buy and I’m fully pleased with the product and staff. The screen is big and beautiful plus it’s lightening fast. From the time I hit the power button I’m running in less than 10 seconds.

This computer was just what I was looking for. It was a little less expensive than some models because I don’t need the fancy stuff like touch screen or dual monitor capability. I like that it has a DVD drive. It was easy to set up. I hope it lasts me another 11 years!

I’ve been an HP user for years and this did not disappoint!!! I mainly use it for editing photos and videos with Adobe Cloud which is perfect with the screen size!!!

I really enjoy my new laptop, Upon the advice of the Best Buy salesman, I chose this model because it has a 17 inch screen. I was told it was also much faster, which it is. It is the best laptop that I have owned. it is attractive and not very heavy.

I like the big screen. Wish it had better battery life and a back lit keyboard. There weren't many options for this size screen that weren't super expensive, so it's good for the price. I like HP products. An American company for anyone who doesn't know.

So i bought this laptop for my son, during the school from home craze. Very solid laptop for the price. Decent processor for school work and large enough screen to be able to see what you are doing without having to scroll.

Good Screen size to work with. A good computer for beginners. Once you start installing large applications seems to full up the space and slows down. One other down side is the whole body is made of plastic which gives a cheap look. but i is very functional

After 11 years, the old laptop needed to be retired. Wanted a similar size to do just standard work, no gaming. This HP fit the bill. It’s working out great, does everything I need it to. If I still have it ten years from now I will give it the fifth star!

Pair this with a 24 inch monitor and a laptop adjustable stand and you have a perfect desk to get back to efficiency. The only downside was the time it took to run all of the windows updates on a brand new desktop. We actually purchased 5 of them.

For the price it’s a great deal just wished that the camera was better. Seeing as working from Home now takes zoom calls It would be nice if the quality was upgraded. The material of the laptop which is black is nice looking but man it picks up every finger print . But can’t complain.

We were WAY behind - needed some new technology. HP makes a really good laptop - this one has everything we need. Bought 2 one for my husband & one for me. We are very happy with the purchase Easy to set up - easy to use. Good price.

This is a very good computer. Always choose HP and they came through again. 17.3 Screen size is awesome and excellent quality resolution. Super fast. Works perfectly. Highly recommend.

This great laptop stays stationary at the home so we wanted a big screen and this one sure serves the purpose especially for someone older who likes the big keypads. It was certainly very easy to set up you just follow the prompts.

Replaced a smaller screen Dell with this unit. There is no comparison. My Dell had finally frozen up and would not reboot. This HP has a large screen, is fast and boots up instantly. HP has become my go to for computers and printers.

Good computer. I like the larger size screen. Faster than my old computer. This computer works well. Not impressed with webroot I bought with it. Probably will get something else when it expires. Windows 10 seems to work well.
