I bought this laptop for its low price. I don't use touchscreen, so not having it on this model was not a problem. I like the large screen and the disc drive. So far, it has enough power to run a home recording program and streaming services.

Great laptop. Very fast surfing the net. Great price. $130 off list price. Only thing it is missing is touch screen. Over all very satisfied.

Very good computer and it was super easy to set up. Fast and does the job! Since it is a larger computer, it is easy on my eyes and I use it at home. If I had to take it around with me all of the time, it is a bit heavy.

Large screen and fast. ( they all are when they are new) no issues . Loads webpages quickly. Bought as a gift to my wife to work from home and it does the job for her. Even when multi tasking. Great machine for the price

Overall, a nice upgrade from my old Dell. This laptop is very fast, setup was quick and easy. Only complaint is the camera isn't very good - poor quality and poor resolution when doing virtual visits. 17" screen size is great.

Love this Laptop. Speed is great. Keyboard touch is wonderful. Price was very reasonable. Easy to connect to my HP printer. The screen is very clear and large enough for my eyes. Speakers & Video are very clear.

I have found this laptop to be an excellent product. I have not had any issues with it like I did my last one, so no returns to have things fixed (which is why I waited so long to do a review). I don't think that it has quite the memory of my other laptop, and has some different operations even though they are boht HP. It is large, but the larger screen is nice for these older eyes and if you want to watch streaming video it is very nice. It runs quiet and has the keys on the pad which are nice if you don't want to use the mouse. I have found this laptop to be a good buy from Best Buy! Thank you!

I got it to replace a less reliable, smaller computer for work from home. It does not have a touch screen, but it's fast and it will play DVDs. Sound system is adequate. I don't game, but I stream and it does that well.

Large, clear screen. Easy to setup. Only 8 GB memory, but plenty for basic, everyday computing. What I liked most is how FAST it is. It boots quickly, loads pages much faster than my old laptop. Great sound quality.

Great overall laptop, the larger screen makes working much easier. Fast, straight forward and I would definitely purchase again.

An excellent laptop for the price. I purchased this in July 2020 because my previous laptop was a little long in the tooth and starting to glitch. I turned off Windows S mode so I could install the software I like using and Google Chrome. Ran Zoom and other applications without any issues. It performed so well I was planning to upgrade the memory on the laptop. But one day I forgot it was plugged in and got up from my seat and dropped it on it's face. Fortunately, I had purchased the one year protection plan when I bought it. The laptop was shipped to Nashville and they determined it was not repairable and gave me a full credit towards the purchase price. I just finished using the store credit to purchase another one.

I love my new laptop I brought it at a reasonable price, fast, durable, excellence battery life, stylish. HP brands have been around for decades, Exceptional, overall worth every cent. Completely satisfied.

Needed a large screen for user has older eyes...was the easiest set up not like the older one I replaced had geek squad do the old one. The tech said I can do it. He was right. Great laptop

This is the fourth one I purchased. As gifts unparalleled. Fast and very easy to use, large screen, great keyboard, and LIGHT in weight even with DVD RW drive. Upgrade to 32gb and you'll never regret it.

I love this laptop! The screen is a bit bigger than my previous screen, which is a help. It was incredibly easy to set up - I had it up and running within an hour, which is amazing for non-techie me!

Brought this for my daughter for online schooling this year. She wanted a huge screen so she's happy with this one. I'm happy with the purchsse because the computer is fast, affordable and efficient!

Works great! Good screen and it is fast! S mode is a joke, but easily turned off. Keyboard feels like the painted lettering will wear off quickly. The plastic body feels really really cheap!

Although I just purchased this laptop in August, it is working well and I have no complaints so far. I think it’s worth the money and fits my business needs. Quality is good, sturdy built in keyboard, runs all my software well and loads quickly. It is light and portable. I find the screen resolution clear and the audio excellent quality. This is an important feature for me as I am hearing impaired. It was easy and fast to set up. It also turns in and starts up extremely quickly. So far it’s been 100 times better than my 8 year old Toshiba.

easy to set up great screen and large, it is very fast and I have had no problems, hinge is far Superior than the older model I had also the battery lasts 3 times longer than the older model

The HP computer that I got is so super special. I can get so much done so much faster. It does not make the screen bigger in the one game I was hoping for but that is not the computers fault. It still loads quite fast. I feel that I got a super deal on this computer, and the salesman was the greatest. He helped me out in many ways...I thought I knew what I wanted and thought I knew what this computer had. I was shocked to learn that I did not know as much as I thought. Thank you to the salesman.Give him a BIG raise.
