My son loves this product. Pulls up information quick. Camera is good, just need a little adjustment. This is a great product and the price is even better.

Enjoying the screen size. Easy set up. The the key pad suits my needs. Not satisfied with the camera. Subject color dull and picture quality needs improving.

Love this laptop. Big screen at 17” and one if the only new laptops that still has a DVR drive. I am sold on HP products. Pricing was good.

The 17.3 inch screen provides an easy to view monitor. The HP is very easy to use and speed is fantastic. We would highly recommend this laptop!

Not at all bad for the price! I mainly work on my computer and and save everything to one drive anyway. But it’s fast and efficient

I really nice the combination of features and price for this laptop, with one reservation discussed below. I really need the 17.3 inch screen for my eyesight, and I like the ssd drive, the cd drive and the overall keyboard layout. Now the downside, and it's MS Windows 10S which comes installed. It allows transfer to windows 10, but then it went back to 10S again, and kept me from dowloading the files that I wanted. Went back to BB and had Geek Squad remove 10S, and restore 10. Windows 10S is terrible, watch out for it.

This laptop was a good purchase overall. Screen size is nice and big, but the one thing I didn’t realize was that it runs on the Windows S mode. That’s a good thing for those who want the added layer of security, but the S mode prevents you from downloading a lot of stuff. For that reason, I’m giving it four stars vs five. Otherwise, it’s a good, solid, basic laptop.

Reasonably priced; easy and quick setup; fairly easy to add programs; fast speed in logging on, opening programs, saving, and shutting down.

I was tired of my super small laptop and was needing the biggest screen without spending to much. Setup was super easy and it runs smooth.

Huge screen!! Very easy and uncomplicated setup process. Very clear screen to view videos on (which was my main purpose). LOVE it!!

I've only had this laptop a few days, but already love it. It allows me to keep the S mode or go to desktop mode. MS has its own store with safe app's like Twitter etc, that is important to me to know they are safe to download on this machine. Solid state is the next best thing too. It was easy to setup from the get-go. I love the 17" screen to watch streaming and video movies. I'm enjoying the heck out of using this machine!

I use this for accounting and it does the job. I don't feel like I am waiting for Quickbooks to respond. The screen is a perfect size.

I am enjoying my new computer. It's nice to have the larger screen since I do a great deal of work online. It is fast and fun to use.

Had an "antique" laptop with a drawer to insert a disc to download information to the laptop. It finally died and had a hard time finding a new one with the similar option. Went into the store, spoke with the associate and chose another laptop and on the way to the cash register saw one with the drawer option I wanted so purchased that one instead. Fairly easy to set up; graphics are great; and this is just what we wanted. 99.9% of the time Best Buy has what we want and that is why we keep shopping at Best Buy.

I think that the computer is ok. Got this computer mainly for work purposes. The only problem that I have with this computer is that I play a lot of games off of cd's that I purchase or download them from a reputable site. I am not able to play those games unless I disable the S mode. I understand it's there for safety reasons but I should be able to enable & disable this feature. A big disappointment. I will never purchase another HP.

If you are looking for a larger laptop with a big clear screen this one is great. Easy to use and easy to set up. No issues so far.

Exceptionally clear and crisp. Very easy to set up. Large screen size makes reading everything easy. And Lightweight!

So far this has been a winner winner chicken dinner. It was a great price, big screen, easy to use. Very happy with this find.
