Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this to get a larger screen and more memory and didn't care that it was refurbished as I only use it for email and social media. I was totally amazed at the actual condition that it was in - I think that mine was one that had a gitch out of the box and HP replaced it instead of repairing it and sending it back to the original owner. Once fixed, they sold it as refurbished to Lucky little old me. I am extremely happy with my refurbished laptop and would recommend buying one for my family and friends.
