    This laptop is a good buy. There are hints of it being a touchscreen but I got it without that feature. Other than that it worked pretty good. It was fast and full of features

    Office program was not activated by the seller which caused me to not be able to download the program that I purchased. Very frustrating. Spent 3 hours on the phone w geek squad and Microsoft finally figured it out for me
