I bought this laptop as gift to my husband for Christmas and the laptop has performed well for regular browsing and videos, but when he tried to install a game (since this a beginner gaming laptop), he received a message “you don’t have enough space” when this laptop is supposed to have 1TB HDD. We tried again and same results. I took the laptop to my IT corporate at work and they noticed the HDD was not assigned as it should. (funny enough the told me not to take it to Geek Squad…they never know anything) Once again, we tried to install the game and the same error message. Due to the issue, I went to best buy and the manager tried to help, but he couldn’t do too much and ask the geek squad to help me out, but the person helping us kept just trying to upsell us to a different computer instead of helping and when he finally took a quick peek at the laptop and try to save a picture to HDD, it failed. The HDD wouldn’t even take a regular size picture. The geek squad was very clueless and at the end he said they can’t help us unless we pay (no wonder they have such a bad reputation) This is a brand-new computer that it has been barely used and it has been broken since I bought it and best buy won’t replace or fix it. So now, I must pay for a computer that it’s broken. NEVER AGAIN BUYING FROM BEST BUY.

This laptop was a great size. The picture screen was very clear. It was light and easy to carry.

I’ve had this laptop for approximately a month. So far I’ve had no major issues with it. It’s done everything I’ve asked of it and quickly. Start up is fast and I can multitask until my little hearts content....

This is an excellent laptop that I’ve had for about a month now and it’s very reliable and easy to setup. At first there was a problem with it staying connected wireless but once I found the right settings I haven’t experienced anymore problems with the connection.

The first one I bought did not have the touchscreen driver installed so I went back and Geeksquad confirmed that. Although it was after 15 days (return policy) they did exchange it for a new one. The second one works great. I love how the screen looks, bright, clear colorful and feels bigger than the older model I had. Its fast, great storage, easy to use. Only con is that since its silver, it gets smudges everywhere.

Since purchase no issues with it. The laptop is performing to my expectations.

I have purchased HP laptops for several years and I never had any problems, until this one. The battery became defective, just after the warranty ran out and HP wanted about $500 to replace it. It was also very heavy and slow.

A Present for my wife who uses it daily and is very satisfied with how it works. She loves the touch-screen and the size of the screen as well. Overall she is very pleased.

The computer arrived much earlier than originally planned. It was everything the description had said. Works great. Screen is huge. Quality is high. Keyboard has a nice feel and keys respond well. Satisfied customer

Using two of them for remote access to a central computer across the WAN, as well as a local machine. It is performing wonderfully and with great efficiency.

Well engineered, aluminum top and bottom, super fast, sharp display, rare built-in dvd reader/writer, 4 mg dedicated video card, etc., etc. Oh, a lighted keyboard and touch screen a bonus. IMHO, great value for the price.

Although it is not 4k, this 17” screen bested all of my expectations and the value of this PC with the 11th gen i7 processor and SSD should be on everybody’s list when they are doing a stare and compare for a new mid priced PC. I love it.

Exactly what I was looking for at a great price. We received our order three days sooner than expected.

Good size ssd and one of the few that comes with a CD drive.
