The HP "All-In-One desktop, does everything that you would expect, except...it does it painfully slow. It is beautifully designed, no frills, cheap, but effective desktop. This all in one is elegant with a simple, but effective keyboard that does everything anyone would expect from a cheap desktop...but very, agonizingly, SLOW. Whether surfing the web, or working on a program, it works, but the delay in execution is unacceptable in a 2021 computer. Would I buy it again after using it... NO. Would I give one to a kid? NO. The problem is that it is slow!

This is the 1st HP we have tried with the new solid state Drive. So far it has quite easy to use and does all of the basic functions we need from an entry level unit.

Few years later, still works, doing well but I don’t know if it’s my internet or what but during zoom/video calls it lags. Never really had an issue with my internet on any other device. But that’s not a big deal breaker for me cause I just use it to do school work.

Great computer for everyday bill paying and web searching...easy to hook up doesnt take alot of space, i got the white all in one and it has a sleek design, adjustable screen, cant seem to hook up my printer though which is a bummer

We purchased to replace our 10yr old home PC. For the price point it works just fine. The spacing on the hard drive is not much, but we use externals. Its very servicable we mostly use it for kids school work, and printing photos, it does that service admirably. I would not game on this computer if you are looking for such a thing. Its small size is great and it is aesthetically pleasing in any room.

Simple setup. Looks great. Easy to move around the house if needed. Great purchase at good price

A little slow, but does it’s job. I’ve been working from home during the pandemic and my laptop died, this was the next best thing in my budget. Recently had a zoom meeting, worked fine also. Wouldn’t recommend for gamers or someone who enjoys playing fb games or something like that. But good enough for the basics of school.

I mostly use this computer for work. I do not game and I rarely stream from this computer. That being said, it functions great for what I use it for though sometimes can be a bit slow. But mabe I'm just impatient.

Not bad doesnt run best with adobe and cricut but its a good one for simple everyday use

We bought this All-In-One for my mother. The small footprint and large screen are perfect for her, at a price that can't be beat. The computer is quick, and as she does most of her tasks online, there was no need for bigger. And even better, it looks as great as it works, perfect for her sitting room.

I love the large display and they fact that it does not have a tower. This makes it compact--taking up less room. Of course having Windows 10 makes up-to-date so far in data. The white gives this computer a clean, fresh look. I am still learning the differences in downloading with Microsoft, but all-in-all I love it.

It is a basic computer with very little speed. It works for what you need it for but don’t add anything to it.

Very easy to use and manageable. Dislike the noise when its on. Easy to set up and easy to use.

Very satisfied with the service and Best Buy! Have not had any issues with use, runs way faster than the old computer I had. Very sleek and clean looking. Smaller than my old computer, so I have more desk space.

For a cheap computer it met my expectations. I bought this as a surprise present for my 9 year old for doing good in school. Monitor has a nice display for YouTube and Hulu. She mostly just plays Roblox and streams video and some schoolwork so this computer handles her needs just fine.
